I came here only 2 times, on October 30 and about 2 years ago. I took the Bavarian potatoes both times. I don't remember the first time, but yesterday some offended woman was standing at the checkout, after payment she threw an order readiness notification on the payment counter and proudly left. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, which is acceptable. the food was delicious, as it was 2 years ago, I was satisfied with it. bottom line: the staff is rude, the food is as lucky as possible, judging by other reviews

The only good thing is the view from the window. I think next time I'll buy something at a nearby cafe just for this. Barely warm food. There are doubts even about the potatoes themselves. It does not seem to be of the best quality and it is not cleaned from the "eyes". It's disgusting. Let's start with the girl at the checkout, it's amazing to me in the center of Minsk to hear a haughty "what do you want" in response to my phrase "Hello", without hello goodbye, as they say.
Second, it's time. I waited for my refrigerator and pasta for 30 minutes!!! In my humble opinion, this is too much for a food court.
And the most important thing is the taste of the food. Yes, it's edible and that's it.
In the understanding of this place, creamy sauce is like pouring milk so that the pasta dangles in it, well, the shrimp cut in half is a source of abundance.
Well, in general, everything is very slow, with such a dissatisfied look that the only desire is to bypass this institution 10 km away.

We ordered tomato soup, mushroom soup, potato set from the chef, potato set with chicken breast, orange-grapefruit lemonade and orange tea with spices.
We didn't wait long, about 10 minutes. We received it as soon as the pager rang. The dishes turned out to be completely cold, as if they had been cooked yesterday. They looked the same as yesterday. To the remark, the employee rolled her eyes and pointedly exclaimed in perplexity: "What?! Of course it's cooled down. You walked for 5 minutes!"
She warmed the dishes in the microwave. They became slightly warm.
It tastes terrible and raw. And these are potatoes. In the center of Belarus!
Taken together, all this attitude with ambiguous "Cho", multiplied by absolutely poorly prepared dishes, caused nothing but unpleasant sensations. I hope this review will help the management of Lemax Invest LLC, which owns this institution, to draw certain conclusions
