The salon has been updated, stylish, cozy, convenient location. Friendly service, excellent result, which is the most important thing for me. Tatiana Kuzmina is an experienced master colorist who can correct almost any errors in your coloring. This time I was correcting my unsuccessful home coloring. I'm in complete shock, I signed up for a women's haircut. The price on the website starts from 30 rubles (that would be worth being wary of). However, I went with a request to just trim the ends of my hair. And I didn't think that the price would be much higher. In 20 minutes of work, the tips were trimmed. And they took 65 rubles for this, Arguing that the price is from 30 for a short hair (nowhere is it indicated about the length of the hair, only the prefix from), but I have long ones. The master did not inform about the price in advance . They have already put it in front of the fact .I will never contact this salon again

I categorically do not recommend the Cascade hairdressing salon, this basement cannot be called a salon. To my great regret, I did the coloring there from master Tatiana. The staff of this basement thinks of themselves as gurus and pros in coloring. After giving almost 500 rubles for coloring, I received burnt hair with a dirty terrible color, which had to be redone in another salon, where I already gave only 200 rubles for really complex and high-quality work!!! Now I still have to spend a lot of money on hair restoration and treatment after such would-be masters.

It's horrible. I used to constantly go only here, but suddenly a new director came and raised prices 2 times, nothing else has changed. The masters are the same, they cut the same way. I changed the sign at the entrance, apparently I need to repel it, so I raised the prices 2 times

Цены задирают - в центре города дешевле подстричься, чем здесь. Отношение хамское, хотя раньше был замечательный персонал. Часто не работает терминал. По телефону общаются грубо.

Отвратительное обслуживание. Девушка-администратор общается с посетителями как с низшими существами. Желание заказывать какие-либо услуги отпадает моментально. Не довелось испытать профессионализм девушек-мастеров, но "ЛИЦО" салона явно подводит. Настроение было испорчено! Не ведитесь на акцию на входе, которая обещает 50%-ю скидку (т.к. мастера об этой скидке даже не слышали, а администраторша сказала, что у них плотная запись аж до 18: оказалось, что нужно словить свободного мастера с 9 до 15. Спрашивается:ЗАЧЕМ ВВОДИТЬ В ЗАБЛУЖДЕНИЕ КЛИЕНТОВ?) Тогда я не сдалась и решила записаться на другое время уже без акции. И тут выясняется, что есть свободное окно на 14:00 и 19:00. И можно было как раз воспользоваться скидкой, но администраторша предлагает постричься за полную стоимость! Ну конечно, еще бы!!!! Спасибо за обслуживание, к вам больше ни ногой!

Хожу сюда несколько месяцев. Очень нравится работа мастеров - стригут качественно и очень тщательно, после стрижки ни один волосок не торчит. Рекомендую.

Нам очень понравился парикмахер Артём. У него подстригаются муж и сын. Очень внимателен к просьбам. Тщательно и аккуратно выполняет свою работу. Сыну 4 года, он с удовольствием бежит в салон к мастеру. Это первый парикмахер, у которого он не плачет))))) Долго не могли найти хорошего мастера и нашли его в лице Артёма) спасибо "Каскаду" за таких мастеров

Мастера в салоне с одной стороны неплохие, но внутри жара и духота. Нет ни кондиционера ни вентилятора. Несколько раз приходил, терпел, но вчера уже достало. Готовишься к свиданию, помылся, стрижешься или делаешь маникюр, а выходишь потный и мокрый как жаба. Рядом салон мастера ножниц с кондиционером, буду ходить туда, пока не исправят свой косяк
