I was very pleased with the individual approach to clients. I am repairing the car on my own (I changed the suspension), but I could not change the springs and the hub bearing on my own. I brought the rack assembly and the steering knuckle (since I disassembled the car). The director herself came out, asked how to help, called the master, and everything was done. There was no room for surprise. The work was done efficiently. Whatever it was, they did not quit and did a (petty) job that not everyone will take up.

I drove my car on the recommendation from Minsk for repairs. Everything is clear, everything is on time. All issues with the insurance were regulated.
Something went wrong with the painting of one of the bumpers, after a while the paint on the sink peeled off. Everything was redone immediately and for free.
I definitely recommend Cascade, since for me it is an indicator of how the service reacts to marriage (they do not try to prove to me that I am wrong, but silently redo it)

I want to leave a thank you to Cascade Car Service. I got into an accident, called the service station. I had already painted the guys' rear bumper a couple of times and knew that they helped in assessing the damage caused in an accident. I sent a photo of the damage - I was consulted, advised what to do. After that, she drove a car to them, where an appraiser from the insurance company subsequently arrived. They helped me pick up new used doors, solve insurance issues and did the repair work efficiently. And it took replacing both right doors and painting them, as well as painting the rear bumper and sill.
For me, as a woman, it was an invaluable help, as a lot of worries were taken off my shoulders!
There was an insurance repair and in addition to it. The car was accepted and given away at a convenient time, all interactions with the insurance company were assumed.
The quality of the repair is excellent! And all the stages can be tracked thanks to photo reports. I highly recommend it, excellent work with both the car and the client.

The most hacky and irresponsible place in the city to repair your car. If you want problems, contact Cascade. And you will automatically become an administrator, manager and repair contractor yourself. Alas. But it seemed the opposite. There is a lot of hypocrisy and lies superimposed on each other. They will not be able to make you a car and then they will say that you have a crooked one. And on the other hundred, they laugh at the statements of these gentlemen. And in the end, they also did not connect the chips on the bumper and, being afraid of the check, they dropped off the akum, stating that this akum is dead, you are going there everything is normal. Go to the electrician, it's nonsense, it's quite easy to remove the error. And my electrician grinned and joined the chips behind the bumper and laughed heartily. Well, in order not to remove the bumper, they simply glued it with sealant to the fender of the car. I've never seen such a hack before. Moreover, they glued it without even exposing the bumper) and they did it all for 2 weeks) there is work for 2 days according to all work performance standards. In short, ugliness is not a service. Perhaps the activity of this service station is fictitious. And it is needed for completely different purposes. Watch out guys! Good luck!
