I visited the branch in Atyrau near the railway station on 30.08.2023. They refused to exchange currency using a Russian passport, and demanded a foreign passport. I don't know, since when do Russians need to issue a passport when entering Kazakhstan from the Russian Federation? I admit that this request was arbitrary on the part of this bank. The currency was changed in a nearby exchanger without any document.
