I came from Russia on a business trip to Vitebsk and needed a car. It is very important that there is a vending machine. I must say right away that compared to other rentals, this one is just a cannon. I liked the work of the staff - quickly, clearly and concretely, and not like in other places. I booked 3 days before arrival without prepayment, upon arrival, it turned out that my car was not there and I was given another one of the same class. I didn't argue, because the other car was even better. I also took out insurance (against all ills) because I don't really understand Belarusian laws, but everything went without incident. As a result, I was satisfied and glad that Vitebsk has such a service. I recommend it!

I take cars several times a year to visit relatives in Russia. I try to rent it in this rental because the cars are in good technical condition (I drive more than 300 km with children, reliability is important), normal prices and the most adequate staff of all car rentals in Vitebsk. I took the car for the last time on 03/11/2024, in general I was surprised at the sociability and simplicity of the attitude towards customers, for which I would like to mention the rental employee Olga. It took 10 minutes to pick up and hand over the car. Plus, a car already insured in the Russian Federation was offered (saving 40 rubles for me). The offered car was relatively clean (not after washing) and I was allowed not to wash it before delivery if I return it in the same condition (another saving for me is 20 rubles).
There are disadvantages, but this applies to all rentals in Vitebsk. Advance booking does not work. As I understand it, there is a great demand for rental cars in the city and it is not very profitable to keep armored cars for which the client may not come.
Recommendation to all tenants. When you take the car, just take a picture of it from all sides (do not forget the thresholds, the interior, the included dashboard). This will remove a lot of problems when returning the car. Understand for yourself that you will not take everything into account and write it down when issuing it. It will be possible to accept another employee who will faithfully perform the duties required of him.

It is very unpleasant to pay for someone else's damage, I understand that I examined everything myself before renting, but the car does not have any photos for the whole time. The car was given not very clean, but they asked (did not require) to return it washed. They could have washed it, knowing that I would come for her. There was no first aid kit, fire extinguisher or emergency stop sign in the car. It turned out even before the lease was checked, but they did not give them to me. When I rented the car, the girl checked it somehow. That is, if I had used a spare tire, the next tenant could have found out about it only when he would have needed it himself... be careful and check for yourself. do not expect that the car was checked before handing it over to you. We could set up a service for electronic forwarding of fines. Since the car is not mine, there are certain difficulties in finding out about the fines for the rental period at all. To my request on this topic, they only said that I have a fine, but they sent the number of the decree to the traffic police to find out, although in my opinion it would take them less time to find out the number for the state registration of a car than I would for an optional car wash. Loyalty in advance did not pay off. Well then.. an average impression. The car itself is quite in its condition (but the brushes need to be replaced - they are not cleaned, but smeared), but the staff pumped up.

Hello everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by this service. I got through right away. The specialist explained all the questions of interest, unlike other car rental services in Mogilev, which simply could not be reached. There were already cars available. 07/19/19 Rented an Opel Astra J. The car was clean and technically sound. The paperwork and inspection of the car took no more than 15 minutes in total. It was nice that the employee who inspected the vehicle before delivery even pointed out those defects in the body that he did not immediately notice himself. It is unpleasant that the driver's faulty cigarette lighter was not reported. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it right away. Fortunately, there was a worker in the trunk. Perhaps this was the only negative that caused discomfort. During operation, as well as during the delivery of the car, no difficulties arose. In the future, I would like to see some new Kia rio in the fleet of the Mogilev branch, of which there are as many as two in Vitebsk :'( . Overall, I was satisfied with katala's services.by and recommend to use.
