Constant problems with the Internet, slow speed. Prices are being pushed up, it is not clear at all why such prices for services. One star only for the fact that the technical support is adequate and they respond quickly. However, they cannot always resolve the issue. For about 4 years, we could not solve the problem with the Internet hanging up. Tech support has always said that the problem is on our side and with our computers. As a result, they changed the provider and for more than a year there has not been a single hang-up, the Internet is just flying. Accordingly, I have never contacted technical support from the new provider.
By the way, they didn't make a landline phone, they just abandoned it.
