The service is very poor, negligent towards the client, I passed the tests on the call, the database did not work, they said that then they would call themselves and inform where and how to watch the tests, the woman at the reception said that she would write to whatsapp, there was nothing in the SMS, it took 4 days, she had to call bomb why they did not unsubscribe, but they would send an answer. I didn't like the service. Another analysis costs 15,000 tons and the service is very low.

I came by the other day. There is a large clean lobby, a reception and one girl. This is basically a point for collecting and sending material, the laboratory itself is located elsewhere.

I can't say the pros and cons. All I know is that it costs 10,000 tenge to take stool tests of a child. I passed it on Tuesday at 8-00 a.m., the results are on Monday.
