My wife and I were sending a package to the USA. We really liked the service - they told us everything, showed us, explained, helped us fill out the address, picked up a suitable box. Well done quickly, clearly!!!

the service is disgusting, the tubes are thrown, my parcel is paid to the door, the status is "delivered", but no one delivered it!!!!! I don't know where the parcel is, I received a message that the parcel was delivered on 25/07 to Raimbekov's address, this is the address of the branch, and then they indicated in the status that they delivered it to me when there was no delivery!!!! the call center doesn't know anything either, the worst service!!!!

Terrible company! I was supposed to have two packages delivered to my address. I look at the tracking by the track code, writes that the parcels have already been delivered. I call the call center, where a woman says in an insolent tone and a hoarse voice - come and pick yourself up at 158B Rayymbek. I try to explain something to her, she hangs up. The service is just tin! I wonder why they haven't been closed yet!?
