The work of the shipping department is disgusting. I logged in on 01/28/2025 at 9:45 a.m. Out of 3 windows, only one employee was working. There was a queue of at least 8 people. I stood for about half an hour, during which only 2 people passed and left, because I had to go to work. I returned at 13:00. This time there were 2 female employees, one of whom left for lunch about half an hour after I arrived. The queue was for 5 people in front of me. As a result, I waited for 50 minutes, after which I was told that the equipment was not being sent abroad. I've never had a more terrible email experience. The employee who told me that the equipment was not accepted was at least polite, so one star is deserved at least for this.
