I sent a letter to Germany on their advice by EMS airmail. It started with registration: in the 21st century, they do not accept cards for payment, they send them to an ATM, which, thank God, stands near the entrance, and most importantly, instead of the promised 2 weeks, the letter took 29 days to apply, why did it take so long to get out, that 14 working days, etc. The only joy from them is that they did not lose and eventually delivered my letter.

They work slowly. There are always a lot of people. I recently arrived - there is no queue. I was so happy! But no one came to the cash register that I needed until I became indignant. Everyone was sitting with their faces buried in their phones and creating a queue of even one person.
