In this branch of Kazpost, the staff consists of at least two girls (younger than them) who work quickly, accurately and productively! There are practically no queues, and after their service, in general, a pleasant impression remains) Unfortunately, the rest of the employees, who are more experienced, often do not have time to serve people... They're doing something else, some kind of related activities... Yes, this is also important, and it's part of their responsibilities, of course. But when there are people in the hall waiting in line, often elderly or with young children, and only one cashier works in the hall, it seems to me that you can still disconnect from some non-urgent work, serve people, and then return and do something that is not in a hurry)) And so, in general, the separation is quite pleasant) Thanks for the work)

The employees are terrible brutes! I received a package from China and was shocked by the rude woman who gave me the order. She ruined the whole mood with her attitude, punching the package and angrily throwing it to the other end of the table. She snorted nastily at my "goodbye." Why work in such a place if you don't know how to behave with people, show your disgusting behavior and mood at home. Just a terrible woman! There are no complaints about the mail itself, the parcel was delivered promptly.
