Queues certainly leave much to be desired...Well, at least the scoreboard for the numbers was fixed, otherwise it didn't work for several months. Of all the windows, 2 work, and then if you're lucky. The postomat is conveniently made. It is much faster to receive parcels. Not like in other departments. But everything else is a mess and there are long queues. And a constant queue for sending parcels. You can lose several hours.
