There is a huge queue, and 1 person works -1 window. Employees are slow. For the second time that day, I go to the post office to pick up a parcel, stand there for 20 minutes and still leave the middle of the queue, because I can't stay there anymore. Why don't 3 windows work at once? One common queue, all yelling at each other

Here I mostly just sent parcels. The staff is polite, although sometimes only 2 windows work, so it seems that it is slow. But it would not hurt to improve the room and update it. Because the chairs for waiting, the doors are all old, worn out. The ATM used to work inside now it doesn't. I go on Saturdays, they say there are very long queues on weekdays.
