The ideas seem to be good, but the implementation is lame. Once I saw that the exchange rate was low, I went to kazpost to change the currency, in the end I regretted it, I sat for 25 minutes filling out papers, some kind of incomprehensible bureaucracy, it takes a lot of time and, accordingly, funds, employees spend most of the time doing paperwork, and people are waiting, so everyone is always angry at the post office
