I often visit this hotel at conferences, I really like the convenient location in the center of Almaty, in the golden square, convenient location, good transport interchange, beautiful place, I like the hotel itself with polite staff, delicious food, beautiful interior, it is very cozy and comfortable here, there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness room. I recommend all guests of the southern capital to visit this hotel

A very good hotel was on a business trip, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is very plentiful and varied. The location is also in the center to the green bazaar about 20 minutes on foot, there is a large shopping center nearby. There is an option to order dinners actually on the restaurant menu, national cuisine dishes are available, everything is very tasty. There is a swimming pool and a sauna, but the pool is already in need of renovation.

Pleasant hotel: polite staff, clean room, it seems small, but very cozy, very comfortable bed, slept great. The plumbing is a little old, the shower stall was heated. The view from the window is pleasant, even the mountains were visible from the side. You can open a window. The location is in the city center, which is very convenient. Separately, I would like to mention the restaurant with pleasant service and very tasty cuisine, the chef has a separate "bravo"!
