Mdaaa. What I want to say.... I called. They kindly replied that everything was OK. Bring it, we'll do everything. And in exactly the same condition, I picked up the car almost 2 months later. They never called, he called himself and asked what was wrong with the car, they say that tomorrow, tomorrow. As a result, spending on a tow truck is a waste of time.

It's just terrible ((( the car was after an accident, the ass was crushed. They took up the repair, but immediately clarified the amount of the insurance payment and got the feeling that they needed to take this amount with their favorite goals, no less. When I came to pick up the car, I was a girl, without any experience in evaluating the car, I could see a bunch of joints. And it started, a couple of months passed in an attempt to have something redone and fixed. All the time we came across a negative, a special "thank you " to master Eugene.  They promised to weld original spare parts, as a result, they were made from improvised materials (somewhere tape, somewhere mounting foam) for decent money. All this was revealed at the autopsy at the dealer. The paint is not only orange peel, but also rust beetles went after less than a year (((they were taken to the official dealer, they opened and were horrified!! So it turned out that many gaskets, clamps and seals simply do not exist. The conclusion is that it's a pity for all the customers who managed to get into the so-called "car service". Let it come back to them like a boomerang!!!

Renault Megan was painted 3.5 years ago: painting without shagreen, from jambs: the passenger door handle was broken, I noticed after 2 weeks, the outdoor temperature sensor did not work, they painted over the wine number on the counter, they do not issue a receipt, they only work with a cache, someone called them and swore on the phone.

So that's it. Metalheads are normal. The painting is smooth, without shagreen. But after the repair, the temporary seal was not removed from the gas tank lid, the interior was slightly splattered when it was sanded. But as for the plastic, it's a complete P. The bumper was removed, the horn wires were damaged, it didn't work. The trunk closing button was not connected. Not all fasteners have been installed. The seal was not put back in the trunk. The door speaker was flooded. It's just some wild trash. Then we spent two weeks preparing the documents. Until I called the director and started yelling obscenities.

As politely as possible, quickly, efficiently, the average price tag, everything was explained clearly without stuffing the price. I did a partial painting of the element on the front bumper. We got into the color! We made a nice bonus for polishing an additional element. Let's see how the paint behaves in six months.

The left side of the car was crumpled. We did the slipway work. It was done quickly and efficiently. I am satisfied with the result. The work was completed on time.
