Visiting the spa was an incredible experience of relaxation and self-care. The atmosphere was cozy and calm, which immediately created a feeling of comfort. Professional massage therapists and staff have created an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and recovery. The services were provided at the highest level, and the result exceeded all expectations. I felt like I was in paradise, immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility. I recommend kedrovochka to everyone who is looking for true bliss and self-care.

It's just awesome! My sister gave me a certificate for spa treatments, at first I doubted it, but upon arrival everything turned out to be cool. The staff is polite, we were immediately taken to the sauna with the girl. We go in and are immediately greeted by a hookah (included in my certificate), chamomile tea and just a little water in glasses. The hour spent in the sauna flew by instantly and with a buzz. Then only I went into the cedar barrel, my body steamed and relaxed. In conclusion, there was a massage, the girl had a relaxing one, and I had an enhanced one - if you need to be well washed, this is the right choice! I recommend this spa facility to everyone, two hours were spent with pleasure 😉

I went for a massage and a sauna is a great place to relax after working days. The staff is very polite, and the massage relaxes and gives the body comfort. A big plus of the establishment is located next to the house.

Today I visited the Kedrovochka spa and was wildly delighted!!!After a day at work and the dreary autumn weather, this is the perfect place to relax.The Finnish sauna is something unreal, and after it there was an hour of relaxing massage.Everything went great!)I've been coming here for years and it's great that new services are appearing in my favorite place))

If you take it as a whole, then everything is not bad, if you put everything on the shelves and add the cost of services, then as a whole, it's not worth it. I had a gift certificate for the spa program (the price of which is 180 rubles). When recording, she clarified what she needed to take with her, they said only two towels and slippers. As a result, they were very surprised that I didn't have swimming trunks with me, but they quickly got their bearings and gave me disposable panties. A couple of hours before the start, they called me and asked if hookah was included in my program, told me to read what was written on the certificate, said yes, everything is fine, it is included. On the spot, when it was brought, they gave out the phrase "if anything, your hookah is not included in the certificate, but we have already done it so you can smoke", my opinion could not be voiced. After the barrel, I put on a robe that was hanging on a hanger, and when the master returned, she was surprised, and said, actually, we have a paid one 😅 Otherwise, no matter how bad it is. Scrubbing, relaxing massage, body wrap, alginate mask. It's also probably a minus that there are no doors in the halls, but the usual dense curtains, and the master did not push them to the end, and it turns out that you are lying naked, and someone may walk by, and it may be a person of the opposite sex, and considering that both the scrub and the wrap require you to stand up and go wash up, that's what it is in general. Conclusion: go try it once, yes! To buy such a certificate for yourself-no, it does not cost that much money. To advise friends as a leisure activity, too, rather no than yes!

We decided to arrange a spa day for ourselves. An all-female company: me and my three other sisters. I warned you in advance that there would be four of us. We took a cream complex (two visits to the barrel and an infrared sauna) and added another massage. So, the pros: 1. The staff politely responds to Instagram messages. 2. I was offered to diversify the program and got a discount. Minuses: 1. The employee reacted aggressively to being ten minutes late (I agree that it was our fault and we should have warned in advance, but in life there are force majeure events like we have today and it doesn't always work out perfectly). My guests were unhappy with this attitude and I also did not quite understand this point. Yes, we were late, well, then we will spend 10 minutes less in the center. 2. There are very few staff and a few more points follow from this. Our group was divided into pairs and the couple who had the massage suffered. The masseuse girls (there are only two of them and they do everything, not only massage) were constantly distracted by incoming visitors, as well as by sitting on the phone. That is, the girl is doing a massage with one hand, the other is sitting on the phone. When the turn came to the second couple (me and my sister), we had to wait about 20 minutes until we were accepted. Why do massage therapists rest at our expense? The salon is not bad, multidisciplinary. But why can't we recruit more staff so that customers feel comfortable? 3. There are no windows between sessions, at all… We were immediately warned that other guests were coming at four (we were at one).They did not say that these three paid hours include showers and changing clothes. That is, we have to fly in at one o'clock in the afternoon exactly to the beginning of the session, change clothes in three seconds and immediately jump into the barrel. 4. They didn't want to let my sister go to the shower, although I and another sister had already gone before. And one more thing. When I was getting a massage, both specialists were distracted by piercing the child's ears and one of them was outraged why the child was crying so loudly and when the clients would leave. Right in front of us. This is terribly uncultured and simply speaks of NO customer orientation. As we were leaving, one of the workers breathed a sigh of relief. This is terribly disrespectful to customers. And in the end they also made us guilty. It turned out that we were wrong to come as a "big" company. Although when I wrote to them, they didn't warn me that they didn't work that way. Or maybe the problem is still with you? I have repeatedly gone for a massage at a lower cost than in this place and they gave me an incredible massage and did not leave the couch for a second.

It's cold in the room. Before visiting the cedar barrel, it was not warmed up in advance, I had to sit in a cold one. The sauna is not very hot. The massage is good enough, but instead of the stated hour, they did 50 minutes. So the score of 3 is a stretch.

I didn't like it, it's very cold in the room. The price list shows the price for 30 minutes, in fact, a person is in a barrel for 15 minutes, of which 10 minutes the barrel is completely cold, so it starts in the presence of the client. I liked the massage!
