The percentage charged for the work is low - 2%, it includes all expenses for document translations, notary and registration of the transaction in the cadastre. The agreements can be bilingual: in Armenian and Russian. They answer all questions, take you to viewings. Comfortable meeting rooms. The agency did its job honestly, clearly and promptly. Thanks personally to our broker, Samvel. He picked up an apartment ideally suited to our parameters in one day. He organized a viewing of the apartment, a meeting with the landlord, drew up a contract, took into account all the wishes. Reliable guys. I highly recommend it.
