Avoid this place at all costs - misleading listing and zero support I checked into this apartment only to discover that it’s located on the basement level (-1) - something that was never disclosed. Worse, it turns out this is actually a service floor where storage rooms and shared laundry machines are located. Yes, you read that right: there is no washing machine in the apartment, even though the listing clearly said there was one. All day and night, I could hear laundry machines rumbling and staff moving around - forget about peace and quiet. But that’s just the beginning. A few hours after moving in, the electricity started going out repeatedly. The host’s solution? “Go upstairs and flip the breaker every time it happens.” This nonsense went on for three days until they finally brought in someone to fix the issue. Now there’s a leak in the wall and visible mold. I’m breathing mold. This is a health hazard. I’ve asked multiple times to be relocated or refunded for the remaining days so I can move out. They have done nothing. No help, no responsibility. Just hiding behind a “non-refundable” policy while dumping guests into an unlivable space. This is fraud, not hospitality. Stay far away.

Excellent apartment. I rented one on Argishti Street. It was spacious, modern, comfortable, and had the basic necessities I needed. The staff were also quick to answer any questions I had.

Good evening! We returned from our first and wonderful trip to Yerevan a few days ago! The apartments on Anrapetutyan exceeded our expectations: excellent location, everything within walking distance, Cascade, Republic Square, and markets. Upon arrival, they did not immediately figure out contactless access - the staff immediately responded and helped.Such a spacious apartment was waiting for us! And how aesthetically pleasing everything is! Even the welcome tea is original! It was clean and cozy, we had wonderful days! Thank you again for a wonderful stay in hospitable Yerevan!🌸✋🏻
