I witnessed a surreal situation and true heroism today. Behind the counter, one could watch applauding: one guy stood in all positions at once and despite a huge pile of orders that did not budge, he continued to struggle, cooking burgers, putting potatoes and throwing chicken at the same time. I had to wait only 30 minutes for the potatoes and a longer with sauce, but it was worth it. If I were asked now who my hero is, the guy behind the counter would be my answer....

In the burger, the meat is laid down and not tasty, the breading of the meat is not tasty, too, laid down and fried in old oil. Disgusting service. The order was placed on 12/16/21 at 20:48 - 2x "Basket Duet", 3x Sauce.
The queue passed me by, and at 21:05 I was informed that I would have to wait another "5 minutes", referring to the imminent closure of the restaurant. That is, employees are thinking about how to close as soon as possible, and not how to issue orders as quickly as possible. The chicken cooks for an average of 15 minutes. They gave out an order with grief in half at 21:17 and boiled French fries (yes, she just misted up waiting for the chicken) The total waiting time for the order was 30 minutes!!! And this is with a low workload. The staff at the issue is very polite, but such shoals leave a decent residue from visiting the cafe of this chain. And I also want to note with regard to all kfc restaurants - the taste of the same dishes is always different! In other similar networks, the recipe is always the same and the taste is the same! Alas, the dislike
P.S. The order was "with me". Upon arrival home, I found that 1 of the sauces was not the same, both baskets were SHARP (there was only 1 basket with SHARP LEGS in the order, the rest was not sharp), in one of the baskets, instead of 2 legs, they put a lot of salted dry and sharp strips!!! (the most disgusting thing that is only on the KFC menu - and such strips come across more often)
P.P.S. Teach your chefs to cook NORMAL strips, not this squalor!
