There are always huge queues, the staff is slow and unprofessional – it feels like they don't care at all. And there's nothing to say about cleanliness – the toilets are dirty, the hall is a mess. It is clear that no one is watching this. The organization leaves much to be desired

It's a good cafe in principle, but the waiting time is quite long, the staff is not very polite, I didn't notice at all, I bought Pepsi zero, I just got the usual one. The device for buying without a queue did not load for a very long time, so I had to wait until the other one was free.
