We arrived about 40 minutes before closing time. They chose "on the spot". The order was for 48 rubles. The input data is sufficient. What were the joints with? 1. Put almost everything in a bag. A couple of positions on the tray. To a friend's phrase about the request to place an order "on the spot", an employee of a fast food restaurant (God forgive me) with a straight face offered to give a second tray. 2. Sugar was not reported. A trifle, but a "plus sign" in karma. The order clearly stated how many bags of white death were needed. 3. The order also included three ORIGINAL chicken legs. It was a matter of principle, because I personally can't eat anything in any form. And... Surprisingly, they were all sharp. 4. The devices were not given. We went and asked. There are also zero napkins. Again, they asked, they clarified that for three people. They gave me 4 napkins. Thank you very much, you probably got it out of your heart. 5. The setting itself. Wherever we try to land, it's freezing cold everywhere. It would be warmer to eat outside. There are more dirt than people. The toilet is closed.
Thus, I do not recommend visiting this unit of many of the favorite network of delicious chicken. There are much cleaner, friendlier and more attentive points.

Dusk, the light in the room is only at the checkout. I was the first in line, directly in front of the cash register - the cashier, after servicing the previous customer, did not pay any attention to me, went about his business at the next cash register. I waited for more than five minutes, I didn't get any apologies or a polite smile. I understand that the workers are tired, but this is their job. And after my own, going into an institution where beer costs like in a good bar, although it is bottled at 0.45, not 0.5, I want to see at least friendliness and service, not a favor.
Well, in the end, waiting 20 minutes for me to be given an order from one position, actually, beer, is just trash. It can be poured in less than a minute.

Everything is done in a hurry and somehow, from eating to communicating with guests and this is visible to the naked eye, or the institution is dealing with an acute shortage of staff and employees are "protesting" in this way, I do not know. Even one star is not enough. The terminals for ordering are buggy (exhausted, I went to make an order at the checkout). As a result, they punched the order on the spot, and when I asked them to collect it with me, they said that there was no time to do this and put the package in their hands to collect it themselves. There were no lids, everything fell apart while I was folding it. Well, and the cherry on the cake - they forgot to put the paid comic book. And it looks like they have it there all the time, because people came up to me and asked me to report what they had forgotten.

I would like to say that the overall quality of fast food in Belarus is falling. This is most evident with the departure of McDonald's main competitor. 2 stars only for a clean room
Sauces are not sold separately , although I would really like to eat them not in dry water , but dip them in some sauce
It's like they don't add sauce to burgers at all , it's there , but very, very little
There is more ice in drinks than the drink itself ( ice is more than half a glass , almost to the top of the glass )
The service is fast, thanks for that
The lids on the glasses are simply disgusting , they do not attach in any way , they fall off at the very first moment
In lemonades , for example ( cherry-cola ) , cherries are not felt practically at all , although the taste should be clear , and so there is a feeling that I ordered a pure cola ( not pleasant )
And finally, this is not a big menu, I would like to see something interesting , and not the same thing on almost every page

THIS IS THE DIRTIEST AND MOST DISGUSTING KFC of all!
Toilets are worse than garbage cans, food is mildewed or stale. Everything is covered in dirt and dust! Food is often under-cooked or not cooked at best! Several times I came across mold and rolls like a stone (they probably lay in the refrigerator for 5 days)

I rarely come here lately. Sauces have stopped being sold separately, they are being imposed in addition to something. Why I can't just take the sauce is unclear. In principle, nothing should be imposed at all. The strips have become small, I've been there three times in the last week - 60% of the strips are thin and only 3-4 cm in length. This is not normal at all, guys. I can't say anything bad about the rest of the meat, although when I ask what fresh meat is that has been cooked recently, they answer that everything is fresh. You take it - half dry. Quality standards have not been observed for a long time, no one is watching and no one cares. I'll choose a different place for a snack next time, thank you.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to.
Of the cons:
1. Incomplete menu. In all the other restaurants I've been to, there's more choice.
2. They are almost always sooo slow to work. Employees are constantly distracted by extraneous conversations. Once I waited 10 minutes for a ready order, because an employee was flirting with a colleague.
3. Orders are often confused and something is not reported, or put in smaller quantities. It is always necessary to check and very carefully!
4. For some reason, the numbers of upcoming orders are constantly being removed from the screen. It's terribly inconvenient for everyone! When visitors enter the restaurant, they cannot estimate the load by the number of orders being prepared, and employees forget orders. A couple of times I was urgently given an order by receipt when I was already on my way to swear.
Of the advantages:
1. Clean.
2. They always apologize for their mistakes.
3. The only KFC in the Komarovsky market area.
