Ruined the whole mood! We went out with our family to eat something outside, decided to go to the KFS. The order is accepted only through the terminal, which not only transmits all known and unknown microbes, but also works every other time, the staff refuses to accept the order. To place an order through the terminal, you need to select positions of all 5 pieces (we wanted to order a friend's box), we did not need sauce in such quantity, but without this the order does not fight back. Okay, we made an order… And we waited for him for 40 minutes!!! Our number was 218, we stood and waited for our box to be assembled, and people with numbers 250,260 and further left in front of us. As a result, we got cold (there is no longer any certainty that we were cooking today) nuggets, the bytes were molded into one lump! We came to you from work very hungry in anticipation that now we will eat hot and delicious, but while all this was happening, both the mood and appetite were gone!In general, now not a foot, one negative from you, the staff is fighting among themselves, everyone is angry in the queue, well, then why do you even need to spoil people's mood and appetite, probably Sanders would be shocked to find out how his brainchild dishonors his name

I got into the Soviet Union. Everything is very disorganized. Orders wait 30 minutes, customers swear about the issuance of orders, the staff lose their nerves - they start to be rude. While waiting for the order, there was tension around. A crowd is created around the delivery, because no one knows when the order will be ready. We would organize a screen about the readiness of the order for visitors. But alas, we have what we have. I don't understand how you can ruin something that seemed impossible to ruin. But the question is more rhetorical.

I made an order at 13:06, it was delivered at 14:36, at the beginning they said 15 minutes, then another 10, then another 5, an awfully long time! An hour and a half to order, it's very bad, everything has cooled down during this time! I don't recommend it.

This is, without a doubt, the lowest-class KFC I've ever been to. Despite the presence of two cash desks, only one was working on Sunday at the peak of the evening, and four employees lazily checked their phones while collecting orders, despite the fact that there were only two people in the kitchen. The manager appears, sees the inactivity of the staff and joins them. After a similar wait of 20 minutes, our disappointment continued. The chicken was completely bland, devoid of any spices, and, of course, did not have the characteristic crispy crust for which KFC is so famous, however, there was hair in the food, which is not surprising, given that only the cashier had a hair net. I would put 0/5 if there was such an opportunity.

It's delicious as standard, sometimes there are long queues, more often they cook quickly, the guys at the checkout are polite, there are enough tables to eat. If you live nearby, it's easier to go there than to wait for delivery

They offered to refund the amount in 10 days((. I had to order Yandex delivery and pay an additional 3,000 for delivery. If there is no delivery, then there must be a refusal before payment. Hello! At KFC, we always like the way they cook, but there were no vegetables today... We were warned and we agreed to a burger combo and a twister combo without vegetables... It was terrible😑your chefs at least added more sauce or gave a bonus sauce to the fries, because the fact that there are no vegetables does not change the price...
