To say that I was taken aback by this is not to say anything. As a result, I had to wait for another 3 minutes, while being angry at the current situation.
So that you understand, I was offended not by the fact that I waited 6 minutes, but by the fact that I decided not to swear at the very beginning because she was doing something incomprehensible in the presence of a client, and she also repaid me by taking an order from a person out of turn!
I called the older one, and she started telling me something about quarantine and a hard time. Excuse me, what kind of employees are those who shift their incompetence to covid?
