I agree with the negative reviews. The staff are discussing something of their own, laughing at the whole institution. Some acquaintances are running to the "employees" through the staff door. The tables are dirty, no one thought to clean up. The order was expected to be less than average for 20(!) minutes, although only 4 orders are being prepared. Instead of one ordinary and one spicy junior, two ordinary ones were put, the potatoes are dry and very salty.

Ребята на этой точке очень стараются. Всегда стараюсь заказывать именно свежее мясо, только что приготовленное. Никогда не возникает вопрос, всегда по просьбе делают из под ножа! Единственное, что убрали соус, как отдельную позицию! Прошу, верните! Это очень нужная позиция. Не всегда хочется из-за одного соуса брать картошку или кусок курицы. Спасибо!

Отзыв в большей степени ко всей сети KFC в целом, но так как питание происходит в основном в этом заведении поэтому пишу здесь. К качеству продуктов и их приготовлению практически претензий нет, за редким случаем иногда бывают ноги с кровью под панировкой, но вот что поистине поражает, то это размер порции, который за последний год уменьшился вдвое. (Речь идёт о большом баскете острых крыльев). Дело в том, что на протяжении года я каждую пятницу покупаю большое ведро крыльев и в последнее время не мог понять, а что же не так с ними. Вроде бы их как было 26 так и осталось, но! оказывается порция этих крыльев год назад была 1.2кг затем снизилась до 740ГР. а теперь стала вообще 650 грамм. Тоесть по факту уменьшилась практически вдвое. Вот и ответ на загадку, почему раньше не могли осилить ведро втроём, а теперь его можно только на одного заказывать (что скорее всего я больше делать не буду). Закономерно было ожидать, что цена поднимется, она и выросла с 23,5р до 30 (на текущий момент), да и ладно бы, но если учесть, что путём хитрых манипуляций порцию уменьшили в два раза, а количество осталось тем же, вот и считайте, что за тот же объем ведро обойдётся сейчас в 60 рублей. Ни кого ни к чему не призываю, но лично я больше в KFC ни ногой, хотя и вкусно. По крайней мере, пока хитрые маркетологи не вернут прежний размер порций. (это касается почти всего меню). Но столы каждый раз когда прихожу грязные, до этого терпел, но сегодня решил оставить этот отзыв с надеждой что меня услышат, прилагаю фото с влажной салфеткой, ладно понимаю крошки на столе, персонала мало - не успевают убрать после каждого клиента, НО такой слой грязи, это конечно ужасно, надеюсь в следующий раз увидеть более чистые столы.

Готовят достаточно вкусно, большое разнообразие выбора. Но есть одно большое НО - это ооочень долгое время ожидания, бывает, ждать приходится минут по 20 и это не предел. Поэтому, если видите, что много заказов в очереди, то проще заказ разделить на пополам, т.е. одельно заказать то, что по-проще и то, что требует большего времени сборки и готовки.
