Is it fast food? The staff is barely moving. The order was waiting for almost 30 minutes (there were only 4 orders in the work). Service is provided only through the terminal. One of the terminals that accepted payment at the checkout, but the order did not go into the system.

There is no service. They just don't see you. And the quality of the food is not what it used to be. KFC is turning into a regular mid-level doner, albeit with high prices.

I liked the delicious Double Schefburger very much, the children took a combo with fries and pepsi, which was also delicious.
We quickly prepared the order for 5-6 minutes
It is not clear why the order was not brought and I had to serve myself.. it is inconvenient to go up the stairs to the upper hall..although the waiter's name was on the receipt.. and the waiters brought food to another customer..
Overall, positive impressions.
