This is not the first time we have visited this institution... Since the opening of KFC in Bobruisk, everything has been fine with our family in principle. Now, on 09/28/2025, there is no respect for our customers. The service does not match the quality and the given price. In the picture, the burger is delicious, in reality there are not enough ingredients, etc. We didn't have time to pick up the order, as it was already cold. They warmed up our order three times and gave it to us slightly warm. They wipe the table somehow, and cook the same way. The first and last time we visited this institution. Dear KFC customers, don't be silent and start appreciating yourself!!!

I don't know if I'm so lucky or if KFC in Bobruisk has gone bad on a permanent basis. Last time, they didn't put the pre-ordered double cheese. Tomatoes and cabbage were falling out from all sides. I gave it away for redoing. They gave me a really cold burger instead. There were no tomatoes in the burger today. Previously, at least they gave coupons for free coffee as an apology. No one is worried right now. As a matter of course, they took the unfinished one. They threw 5 cubes of tomatoes and a symbolic handful of lettuce into the new one. In fact, it was really possible not to redo it. I couldn't feel the vegetables anyway
