The best KFS institution I've ever been to. The staff is very sociable and understanding, I can advise you something, and not just to spend money, but really advise delicious dishes. Yesterday we bought French fries for children, they were underweight. Of the claimed 60 grams, one portion with a package was 56 grams, and the second was 34! 34 grams! Are you serious? And these are not the only cases of poor quality service, as far as food is concerned. Tech support companies are not responding, and it is not even known whether they take this into account or not.

The worst point of the CFS!!! We ordered delivery - the food comes cold. I went to pick up, the order was ready, but there was no one at the checkout, there was no notification with the order number, come and rummage through the packages? I gave another chance and just went to eat on the spot, the workers shout obscenities, there is never anyone on the delivery, someone was given the wrong drink, they wanted to change, so no one waited for anyone and took a drink from another order!!! Why are these places called restaurants? Unclear. The restaurant has white tablecloths, polite waiters, etc. It is impossible to give a laudatory review about this point of catering. The room is rarely cleaned, apparently, therefore it is dirty enough, the tables are greasy, the garbage containers are usually overflowing, you have to tamp them down. Sometimes there is no water in the toilet and it is impossible to wash your hands, by the way, there is often no paper. In short, I don't like this place at all. I have been observing this for several years. I won't eat anything else here, I'm squeamish. And, here, the service staff (cashier) I like very much.
