And specifically in this department there are a number of problems. It often takes an extremely long time to wait for your order, which is a very big problem for fast food. Also, the staff often dries the strips and makes mistakes in cooking, which does not compensate in any way.
For example, I once made an order that included chicken legs. And not only did I wait for him for more than half an hour (although there weren't many people), but the staff also made a mistake in cooking and gave me strips instead.

The staff is not always, but adequate.
It's better not to go there at closing time, there are a lot of drunk companies who come with their drinks and sit on the second floor and really interfere with the rest, the staff turns a blind eye to this. The restrooms are very dirty, it feels like they are cleaned only when they are opened.
