Disgusting!!! I made an order at this restaurant on 08/05/2024, as a result I received a dry wing, an absolute lack of attention from the girl who took out my order, and ignoring phone calls. I worked in a catering company. This was unacceptable in the restaurant where I worked! I'm not trying to pretend to be some kind of customer, since I also worked in catering, and I understand guys if small shoals occur. But this is absolutely not a small joint. I received a completely substandard product. There is no one to even approach and solve this issue, they do not take the phone, they tried to call 3 times.

The KFC service at Minsk airport is just a shame! The contact phone number at the terminal is a prop... I never received my order, and his number on the information screen just disappeared after 15 minutes, as a result, after 20 minutes, without getting through to anyone, I left without food and with a beautiful long receipt. The 7050 support service is something terrible (to put it mildly): They promised to call back four times and sort out the problem, but it's been more than a week, and I still haven't received an apology or a solution. Such indifference and complete disregard for customers is simply unacceptable! KFC in this state is not a restaurant, but a real dump of service.
Avoid this place!

It's an unusual format, this is the first time I've seen it. You order at the kiosk and after a while they bring you food on the table opposite.
In general, there are no places to eat, only chairs on the sides of the table.
The order was delivered in 15 minutes, but there was one potato in the order, I don't know how fast other positions are being made.

Ожидал чего то лучшего , масштабнее , с большими услугами и возможностями для отдыха и проведения времени в ожидании вылета . Не большой выбор еды в кафе и ресторанах ( если они таковы есть ), про качество промолчу ( не плохо и не хорошо по ценам ) , туалеты , особенно в зоне перед регистрации , совсем оставляю без комментариев . Чем то напоминает наши аэропорты в регионах , никак не столичный . Зато мало народа , не надо бегать , толкаться , суетиться . Все рядом и близко . Ещё один нюанс . Не принимают российские рубли . Оплатить можно белорусскими рублями , карточкой « Мир « . К этому надо быть готовым , особенно уже в зоне вылета , когда разменная касса ( обмена валюту ) за таможенной зоной .

На счёт КФС в общем. Очень испортился (в Минске так точно), наверное, связано с отсутствием надзора, как в том же маке. Относительно этого заведения, ждали минут 10, картошка отвратительная, как всегда (старая и не подогретая). То, видимо, чего не было ( а именно крыльев) - были горячие и свежие, а остальное такое же старое, как и картошка. Байтсы даже не подогрели. Просто отдали холодные

Awful. The most disgusting cfs in my memory. There is a single order screen. Above it is the order queue screen. As soon as I ordered, they write the order number and that's it. The upper screen is empty, it is not clear whether the order has been accepted. Whether they work at all is not clear. The cherry on the cake was turning off the order screen with a full-screen error. Well, everyone has arrived, I thought
But still after 20 minutes (20!!!) The order was brought, the social network was forgotten. The potatoes are both cotton wool and overcooked. They just forgot to put teriyaki sauce, instead of sprite, they just poured water. 👎👎👎

Заказали 2 кофе ( латте и капучино)
В итоге мы ждали 20 минут
Кофе умерло
Внешний вид отвратный
Попросили позвать менеджера в итоге девушка кто нам принёс заказ ушла и не кто к нам в итоге не подошёл

Отвратительно. Нет места где посидеть, заказ ждать возле туалета нужно. Мне картошку фри среднюю выносили 17 минут. Это не нормально.
