They forgot about the order, it just disappeared from the scoreboard and the staff apparently decided not to give it back…
By the way, it was not a fuss, there were only a couple of occupied tables in the establishment, the staff were like sleepy flies.
I went to the cash register and had to loudly call at least someone, they paid attention to me, but they did not hurry.

With a sour face, they gave the order without even apologizing.

Этот кфс нравится. Может, конечно, просто везёт, но обслуживающий персонал вежливый и адекватный, зал чистый, еда норм. К ценам вопросы)) Баскет (нагетсы+картошка и сырный соус) ещё недавно стоил 4,90р, а сегодня уже 7,50! Что-то они стали накручивать занадта.

The minimum waiting time is 15 minutes. (For the last 3 visits)
2. Food quality.
Over-salted chicken. The breading is terrible. The dishes are served already cold.
This is a normal job for them, because all these criteria are systematically repeated from time to time.

Это худший КФС в городе. 9 из 10 заказов: это холодная, старая, почти безвкусная курица. Часто в баскеты с крыльями не докладывают нужное количество, или вовсе дают не то, что было заказано. Когда просишь крылья на одной кости, часто подкидывают в самый низ на 2-х косточках. Персонал меняется как перчатки, но качество обслуживания не повышается никогда. Как сладкая вишенка на торте: ВСЕГДА воняет бомжами и очень грязно как на столиках, так и в туалете.

Сложно оценивать kfc.Еда в принципе на хорошем уровне для заведений данного типа.
С какими вопросами сталкивалась :
• неправильно собирали заказ (при обнаружении исправляли недостатки,но ситуация довольно часто происходила);
• туалет перманентно грязный (это не только в кфс по данному адресу;видимо,руководство наплевательски относится к своим клиентам.да,понятно,эконом сегмент,но бывали моменты когда из-за грязного туалета,передумывала делать заказ)

Удивитеное место. С начала открытия и по сегодняшний день, там работают супер медлительные люди. Я часто захожу в магазин Евроопт, а потом в КФС. Так вот время идет и ничего не меняется. Я прихожу и даже без очереди мне приходится ждать бургер 20-30 минут. Здесь как-будто время поменялось вспять и все живут супер замедленно. В заведении постоянно грязные (с крошками) столы. Как-то заплатила за бургер чтобы добавили бекон, они бекон добавили но размером 1 см на 1 см. Курица по вкусу с другими заведениями не похожа. Могут подать холодной курицу. Для сравнения на днях была в час пик в КФС на каменной горке, мне приготовили бургер за 15 минут, так там очередь была 50 человек. А тут просто все время тянут. Думаю это заведение скоро закроют, так как возращаться туда не хочется, только что рядом альтернатив немного так люди идут. Но вообще это не дело.

В субботу тут был прямо аншлаг, под 20 заказов, одна девушка на приёме заказов и на выдаче - как итог 50 минут ожидания, и часть заказа не положили. На моё замечание - ой ну ладно... В других КФС менеджеры более клиентоориентированные при таких запарах... По качеству твердая 5 - курица прожарена нормально, не пережарена, сочная.

Замечательное место! Всем рекомендую,если вы хотите просто провести время в ожидании еды и умереть от голода. 30 минут в ожидании еды с прекрасным декором за столиком❤️ Обслуживание на высоте. Работают без перчаток и ходят по курочке и картошке на полу😁

Если вы не можете в среду днем обслужить 1 человека быстрее чем за 20 минут это нонсенс для Фастфуда.
Вообще звёзд ставить вообще не хотел , но одну решил им добавить за умиротворенные лица, тех, кто готовит))
Все спокойные, никто никуда не спешит, ни работа у них, а сплошное блаженство , а куда спешить-то собственно?
А в итоге получил пересоленные бургеры и не положили пирожок…

Если бы можно было поставить 0 звёзд, я бы поставила. Ужасное отношение к своим обязанностям у работников, они не носят перчатки на кухне, не убираются в зале. Сразу в глаза бросается мусор на полу, подносы на столах после посетителей, причём в очереди никого не было и готовился 1 заказ. Я подошла на кассу, чтобы попросить их наконец убраться, на что кассир сказал, что у них было много заказов, хотя это не так, сказал, что попросит, чтобы кто-нибудь вышел на зал, но этого так и не произошло
