Not only did we wait for the order for more than 30 minutes, we also did not give it in full and replaced the goods that were in the order without notifying the customer. Instead of six sauces, we got four pieces, instead of French fries, we got rustic potatoes, instead of three egg twisters, we got 2 longers, two chicken burgers each had one small strip, two nuggets in the third, and we decided not to put drink straws in the order at all. What kind of negligent attitude to work is this?! Where is your customer orientation?!
