I visit this restaurant regularly! No matter how I come, the cashiers are friendly, everything is given quickly. The maximum waiting time for my orders is 13 minutes. I am very pleased with the speed of work and taste!
Buying one of the most expensive items on the menu, I have never been disappointed in the taste. I highly recommend trying the grandeur!
The staff at the institution is more than human! The guys are working at maximum strength, despite the fact that they often discuss that someone will be left without lunch. It is a pity that many people do not appreciate the work of other people.
I am very glad that there are still people left, among all the dark clouds.

The most terrible restaurant.
Let's start with the service.
The service is simply disgusting. The average wait for an order is about 25-30 minutes, and there was such a thing that one burger and potatoes were expected for almost an hour. When you ask the staff what's wrong with the story and why it took so long, they refer to a large number of orders, while in a nearby restaurant, the order board is three times larger and orders are given in 5-10 minutes on average. They communicate as if you are not a customer of their eatery, but came to their house.
Online order.
This option does not work in this restaurant, you know, even if you have made an online order, you will still be waiting at the counter for exactly 30 minutes. It has been tested on personal experience more than once.
Meal.
The food is just disgusting. Potatoes... it would seem that you can spoil this dish, but no - in this restaurant it is possible to spoil everything and even potatoes. The dishes are served, most often cold.
Guide.
Nobody cares about complaints in this restaurant.
And even when calling the hotline, complaints do not reach the management. I filed a complaint, they promised to call me back during the day, so no one called back even for 3 days.
The staff sees that you are standing at the counter and does not even approach, just stands with your back and walks past. In the restaurant itself, there is a sign with a phone number if there are any complaints, when you call, they will not even listen to you until the end, and at the end they will also hang up the phone.
In this restaurant, you can be fed only with requests for "minute" waits, cold and disgusting food.
Well, if it so happens that you got into this hangout and made an order there, carefully review whether everything was put to you, since you do not report sauce, potatoes or something else, here too, the rules are normal.

If you want to order something online here, just to come at a certain time and pick up the order, then you can immediately put this thought aside. Online orders are sometimes canceled for unknown reasons, and if you manage to order, then prepare for the fact that by the appointed time the manager will tell you that their order is not just delayed, but that they do not even know when someone will start preparing your order.
The very quality of the order leaves much to be desired: instead of 6 bytes, they can put 4, and the remaining 2 pieces are just pieces of stuck breading. They constantly put something wrong and confuse orders.
During the actions on Wednesdays, this place is generally strictly forbidden to visit, because the staff does not cope at all and does everything at the worst level, which indicates excellent management by subordinates on the part of the management.
I used to work at the KFS and I know what's going on there, so if the restaurant management suddenly reads this review, then please don't even think about blaming your staff for your "successes" once again, but blame only your talents for leading these people

It's just terrible. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 potatoes. The guy at the checkout forgot about the words "hello, goodbye" and in general it seemed that he was forcibly put there. In burgers, the chicken core is in the dough, as if a piece was taken out of some kind of shawarma. I got 2 dice! The meat itself is over-salted. I threw it out before I finished it. Potatoes taste like paper with salt. The napkins seemed even more appetizing. I could have put 0, I definitely would have. The Cfs has become a banal joke. The company does not care about quality or reputation at all.

We ordered an order online beforehand, for a certain time. They came to pick up the order, the staff did not find it, they said to expect 10 minutes, after 20 minutes the order was canceled, the money was returned. Without explaining the reasons for rejecting the order. We ordered again, after 20 minutes the order was not ready, the staff could not find the order again, they called the administrator. The administrator solved the issue for 15 minutes, after which the order went to work. After 10 minutes, the order was issued, as if that was the right thing to do. There were no apologies, and even some of the nuggets were not reported.
As a result, it took me about an hour to wait for the order. I am very unhappy with this institution.

Almost a month ago (19.10) I made an order, upon arrival home I found that the order was not given out completely, I left an appeal, the response time for which is 15 days. After 2 weeks of silence, I called the CC to clarify at what stage the appeal was, they took my phone number again, assured me that the manager would contact me. No one got in touch. Maybe you can answer here, for what reason do you not first issue the paid goods, and then do not respond to customer requests within the time limit established by law?
It is useless to write to you by email, as well as to the website. I wrote on 21.11. there is still no response.

I've never been to KFC, the first time we ordered 2 combos for three and made 3 out of 6 burgers, but I went over and asked and they were finished (I had to wait another 10 minutes). The second time we came and ordered a basket, all chicken products are called spicy, but in fact only the wings were sharp. The potatoes are the worst of all the nets (small as straw and one was over-salted), the prices are biting. You can go 1-2 times.

And as the "cherry on the cake" - they didn't give me a plastic bag with handles for the basket. They said there were no packages. I say, here they are hanging. No, we can't give it away. We were at this institution on 12.10. When we ordered, there were still a few orders for cooking. As a result, we waited about 40 minutes for our order. About everything in order
1) There should have been a sprite with vanilla syrup in the order, and a cola of 0.8. As a result, 4 cups were given out: 0.8 is not available, 2 and one sprite were given, but an extremely "smart" employee punched an additional cola and added syrup to it, which should have been in the sprite.
2) the burger killed to death (I'll attach a photo). I ordered a Junior cheeseburger, and as a result I got this something. Half of the ingredients are missing, the bun feels like it has already been chewed before me and in addition it is also burnt, because you can see the fumes at the top.
3) potatoes are just stone. Not only is it cold, and it feels like it is not the first freshness and has been lying for several days, so in addition it is also absolutely tasteless, even with sauce it is impossible to eat.
4) everything in the order was really cold. I was waiting for an order - it's not clear why, because it's not visible that at least something was being prepared here.

Spoiled mood , the tables in front of the restaurant are dirty like in a street eatery , they waited for the order — they give it in a bag , then 2 more glasses in and hello ... I say on the spot , in the hall the order , and in response with my back to me : " we don 't have trays " , I cover and ... hello — a fork , for a soft ice cream , let 's go change , again — we don 't have spoons , eat with a fork ! Then one employee just started talking to another guest, ignoring me, some untidy guy with dirty hands came out and said eat with a fork, everyone does that, another one came out to the request of the complaint book and found a tray and a spoon. The Schefburger is spicy without cucumber and onion, crumpled, cold (!) and dry! Half of the sauce and salad , finely chopped , remained on the paper . The potatoes are cold too . Thanks for the ruined expectations. I will not go myself and I do not advise others!

Staff is not particularly friendly, manages to talk while not doing their job.
