This is the first time I've seen such a bad service. The waiting time is 30 minutes (the order is not large). There is a big shortage of staff, one boy runs all over kfc, pours beer, collects potatoes, undresses orders. There are no gloves on the hands of the staff! He collects potatoes and counts money with the same hands. There is literally NO food, the staff is running around looking for food in the warehouse. It's been 15 minutes, I ask about the order, the strips haven't even started cooking.

On March 31, in the evening (after 6 p.m.), I decided to go to this point to order dessert for myself and ask my pet for water. There was no container with me, so I needed a glass, not a bottle.
There were few people in the hall, no one at the checkout. I approach the cashier, as the girl needed to go to the kitchen.. Okay, maybe something urgent. He comes back and starts punching something out of his phone. It's like I'm not there. Neither hello, nor please wait.. After that, they finally started listening to me. She announced the order, and even before payment she asked for a glass of water. The cashier started looking for a more experienced colleague or manager.. The cashier replied "no," and after that another girl comes up to her and says, "Sasha said no." Here I have a question, does the reporting framework for the number of such consumables put so much pressure on greed? Maybe an object made of a piece of cardboard has a great material value? I was not offered to include its cost in the receipt. Just "no." I don't think that the client or the institution will become impoverished from two kopecks, but somehow it became unpleasant.
By the way, at more active points they can accidentally fall, like other objects, and they are thrown away and written off.

20.09 I made an order here, where there were 2 burgers, 2 small potatoes and a sprite, the order was made at 18:56, the food was made only 40 minutes later
Not a single employee warned about such a waiting time!!!
There were two cheeseburgers in the order , as a result, we just got a bun with sauce and a couple of slices of chicken, dry and cold potatoes…
Time and money spent!!
I do not advise you to visit this point, the quality of work is at the worst level!!!

The chicken is disgusting, all oiled, it is clear that it is not today's, it smells like old deep-frying, hinting subtly that the frying oil clearly does not change during cooking. The long buns are clearly not today's ones. I do not recommend visiting this institution, at least until they change staff or work in the "kitchen". After long tastings, we agreed that this kfs is the coolest in terms of cooking spicy wings. It's always juicy, crunchy (not always fast of course) but it's worth it.
They came twice in the evening and told us to wait half an hour. It certainly didn't make me happy. Once they waited, once they didn't.
But the fact that if you want a hot and delicious chicken, then you need to take it here is 100%!

It is a very strange tendency to make mistakes in the order.
There have already been mixed up orders and under-positioned positions. Today, once again, this point of the KFS has shown its attitude to the client.
Order:
- basket of wings size L (26 wings) with 3 sauces (2 barbecue and 1 sweet and sour)
- rustic potatoes with 1 sauce (sweet and sour)
- 2 pies
Total: 25 wings with 2 teriyaki sauces - barbecue letters in teriyaki do not add up and where is my sweet and sour sauce????
Minus: 1 wing is small things, 1 sauce is small things, but I don't like teriyaki sauce, so 2 sauces is already a big minus!!!!
I recommend carefully checking the order by recalculating ALL the contents!
