The waiting time is like in the best restaurants in Minsk, at least 25-30 minutes for such exquisite standard dishes!
The floors are clean and the trash cans are cleaned, as in the restaurants of the famous world fast food in Sweden, where Turkish immigrants work (if you haven't been, I highly recommend visiting)!
You will see crumbs on the tables - this is all so that the chickens grow and gain meat by tomorrow after the restaurant closes!
Communication with clients... some people say that they don't communicate well in classic canteens, but most often in canteens the staff is wonderful and very friendly (and, I admit, extremely nice to me) (here without irony).
And if something is wrong with your order, then rejoice! Imagine what a wonderful place where a surprise always awaits you!

The food is delicious. The service is excellent and friendly. The meat is fresh and hot. Coupons are very convenient and practical. I arrived at about 14:30 03.09.2024 at the KFS auto, the guy repeated several times that he had to wait for the order for about 20 minutes (despite the fact that there were no people from the word at all, I was alone, my order was not big) immediately said that I would wait, this is not a problem, to which he replied several more times He asked me if I would wait, as if he wanted to dissuade me, and maybe for good reason. He gave the order after 25 minutes of waiting and, as if reluctantly, there was a feeling that he would throw it out the window a little more. I didn't leave right away, but started checking the fork, which is almost always not put down, and as it turned out this time it wasn't there either, I wanted to ask her to give it to me, but the guy was no longer there, I pressed the button to call the staff - no one. After some more time, when I was about to leave, he, walking with ice cream in his hands (which he ate himself) decided to look through the window after all, and when he saw me open it, I politely asked for a fork, "can I have a fork, please?", he silently brought it and did not even apologize. Two burgers were as cold as possible, as were the Sanders fries, which also had almost no sauce. I was in a great mood, but after visiting this CFS, it immediately changed to the opposite.

The service and food wants to be better. Occasionally in the evening I stopped there after 21:00 and each time the food got worse and worse, the last time they took a twister it was cold and there was a dying lettuce leaf with tomatoes in it... Sanders potatoes are cold and taste nothing. The best fast food chain. There is always a wide range of valid coupons for your choice , prices are more adequate than those of competitors , the food is always delicious , warm , and satisfying . If you want to have a snack quickly, efficiently, and at a cost that does not hit your wallet, then I recommend visiting one of the KFC restaurants.

Terrible burgers!!! Visiting the KFS in Russia and knowing the menu and the quality of the products by heart, you expect to see a similar picture in Belarus, but alas, it is a complete disappointment. The rolls for burgers are not fresh, with a special smell. They must have been in the bag for a long time. French fries are dry, as if heated in a microwave oven. The coffee, however, is very decent.

And if you arrive in the evening, the waiting time is simply unrealistically long. Or they will say that there is nothing left of the meat.

So far, one of the worst places of this type of institution. The speed of service is depressing, no wonder, 2 people work, the atmosphere is gloomy. We ordered wings, potatoes, milkshakes (as it turned out in vain), namely, the taste was not bright, it was noticeably different, a third of the glass left a sediment similar to milk snow. Honestly, it was disgusting, they left everything and left. The disappointment did not end there, there was a surprise with digestion for everyone who decided to have a snack in this place. At that time, people came and made an order through the terminals, after 10 minutes they were given their order, ours was still not ready. After waiting for another 7 minutes, we collected the order slowly. The potatoes were put under the bill in a rustic way (4 pieces).
The young man who fried potatoes, collected burgers and collected the order did all this with a very unhappy face.
I do not recommend this CFS for a snack. The attitude is terrible, even when there is no rush in visitors.

Refusal to provide a CIP. Even as a courier, a person entering the threshold of an institution is automatically a guest. Even after purchasing an item from the menu, the administration refused to provide a CIP. If it's not there, then I'll write here.
1) The girl, went out into the hall, moved the chairs, picked up the phone and then, as if nothing had happened, went to the counter to collect orders, and then to the kitchen to collect products.
2) An employee with a manicure (not allowed, namely a colored gel polish). If only they were ashamed and hid it under their gloves.
3) Waiting... God, what kind of fast food? 40 minutes... At the same time, there were no more than 3 orders for the restaurant on all sales channels at the same time.
What is the result: as there was a disgusting opinion about the institution, it remained so. Good luck.

If you are the second one for 20 minutes, if the third one, etc., then you can not stand - during this time you will have time to come home and fry a steak)). Very languid and not a cheap option! One of the advantages is a large parking lot and courteous staff.

It's not the first time I've taken Teriyaki Bytes. In Petrovshchina and the Academy, it is half a box of juicy chicken in a lush, crispy breading. In Valerianovo, this is a pathetic micro-similarity with "rubber" meat.
At the previous order, a barely warm Chef de Luxe with hard meat, a wet bun and a salad with ice cubes made a separate indelible impression (really Iceberg salad :/).
The amount of French fries per serving is put, apparently, under the mood.
The establishment could use a control scale.
There is no desire to visit this place anymore. If necessary, I prefer a BC nearby.
