I liked it!!! A guy from the service staff (unfortunately, I do not know his name, he worked on the shift on 25.08 at 23.00) heard me say that at another KFC institution they did not give me the sticker I bought, brought me two whole ones!! People who ordered much later than us through a regular checkout received the order in 5 minutes, served everyone, but not us... why this quick order service? they left a written complaint, no one apologized for this attitude, they just returned the money, what can I say, even if the complaint book was not properly executed. The CFS has been frustrating lately..

It was very slow 2-3 times, but yesterday we were surprised - everything was prepared quickly, it turned out that the order was ready by mistake. When I started picking up the order, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes. We started eating - all the shefburgers are cold, not that they just got cold...from the refrigerator. Zero pleasure from the service in this place- and from the food.... Not a foot in this address, they are up to the kfc standard as far as the moon. It's better to go to kfc on Romanovskaya street - everything is on the turn from the good side.

We ordered a burger from the chef, a Twister, a milkshake. We usually order this in all KFS. But here... the burger is dry, the bun looks like it's not fresh, the Twister tastes terrible, the cocktail is sweet to the point of horror. It hardly seemed like it was just the two of us. I made an order at the stand.. I waited for the order for about twenty minutes.. Then my order disappeared on the scoreboard.. When I asked where my order was, I was told that SHE was busy, I understood that the abandoned tray with my cold order.., I should have guessed for myself that this was my order.. I was standing about five meters from the table and no one said my order number.. People came up and dripped in trays looking for their order numbers.
