Each time you visit, the waiting time is at least 30 minutes. I ordered a double filet burger, but it's impossible to eat a piece of chicken in it: firstly, the cabbage is simply overdone, and secondly, they put super spicy instead of the usual one. Strips are the same: salty and spicy. At the same time, there are no tomatoes in the burger at all, although they are indicated in the photo and in the product card. The only thing that wasn't messed up was the cherry pie (it's hard to spoil it). Positions are constantly confused, sometimes the desired dish is not in the finished order at all, for which money has been paid. When I called the hotline, they said they would call me back soon. But according to the reviews I've read, they definitely won't call back. I sincerely do not recommend this point.

On weekends or in the evenings, you can wait 20-30 minutes for an order (the record is 44 minutes on a Saturday evening) 2. Paid positions are often not reported. Yesterday I placed an order for ~ 65 rubles, the wait took about 18 minutes (tolerable plus or minus), but they did not put two twister deluxe (I took the 5050 coupon 2 times and there should have been 4 pieces in the order, but I saw only 2 at home) Yes, my mistake is that I did not check the packages on site, so I do not require any compensation. It's just that this has already happened with a burger, but mostly it happens with sausages. upd: 12.03.1998 now the chicken is being sold spoiled and visually terrible.
