In general, a more or less ordinary KFC with standard approaches is one of the advantages.
Further cons:
it is almost always very noisy (I would describe it as a place where either children/teenagers of different ages or adults with "low social responsibility" and "big talk" on others constantly come to bask. Shouting and swearing are a standard occurrence. They can sit and not order, and employees can have little influence. Only the effect of the security of the shopping center or the outfit calms down for a while). The space is small, the layout is not very convenient, and it's stuffy.
If you come in, it's for a quick snack or to take with you. I do not recommend it as a place to stay for more than 5 minutes.
There are no special complaints about KFC employees.

It's a complete horror, they don't put what they ordered in the order. They always forget to put the cutlery down, they always give it away barely warm.
We ordered nuggets with sauce, they didn't give us the sauce, and when they came asking for the sauce, they said that we couldn't give it, that we needed to order again and then they would put it in. All the questions, they say, he was in the order, they couldn't really answer anything and said to place the order again.
We go to this point often and very often we see dissatisfied customers with claims near the cash register.

An ordinary fast food restaurant, no worse or better than all the other KFC. If you want to visit these establishments, understand that something will be good and something will be bad. The waiting time is too long, there was no warning, the cleanliness is questionable, the staff rarely and unwillingly goes out to the hall, 1 schefburger was waited for 20 minutes, and this is far from the end. And while the employee at the checkout will notice that you, hungry and in a hurry, are waiting for the order, then another 5-7 minutes will pass. The burger is not assembled neatly, it fell apart literally before opening. In general, it's too long to wait!!!

The KFS restaurant. This phrase already speaks volumes, and specifically this institution is not its best representative, cleaning, cooking, maintenance, all these categories unequivocally hint at the absence of staff, who in turn is responsible for everything at once and for nothing in particular. Because of this, dirty tables and wrappers on the floor and overflowing trash cans. It is also surprising that the shift of staff falls during the influx of customers, which exacerbates all of the above. To be honest, there are worse departments in my memory, but this is still not a reason to work carelessly. I wish the restaurant to understand the internal structure and please customers in the future.
