And I happened to hear a comment from an employee regarding the "complexity" of my order!)
In general, the order was simple - 5 wings, rustic potatoes, and lemonade!)
To which the employee appreciated my order, and expressed himself in this way: Complete "nonsense" (to put it mildly)
Of course, I am very glad that my order did not cause any inconvenience to the KITCHEN employee*, but expressions can be chosen more carefully, in extreme cases, you can express yourself in the way you want, but keep it down!)))
P.S. Regarding what I heard, of course I passed it on to the cashier. She is a smart girl, she conveyed my words to a colleague (Kitchen) in a timely manner + to the manager!) But even more "added oil to the fire" - "condemnatory glances" in my direction, but in general they just looked at a person with very limited mental abilities🫠🫠🫠
We kindly ask the point inspectors (T/U - Territorial managers) to monitor the condition of their employees, since Prof.no one cancels burnout.
As for the kitchen, maybe it is adequate to some extent.
But when I noticed that an employee was warming up a chef burger in the microwave, the impression of the institution itself dropped from 2 stars to 1 star.

I really love kfc as there are a lot of coupons and promotions. But there are many questions for this institution. First, they began to inflate prices. I wanted to take a duet basket for the promotion in the period from 14.11 to 18.11 - and I was told that the sauces are not sold separately. How is there a big basket duo without sauces? I always took a duet basket and 4 sauces. But now I can't. I decided not to take it, and go to the dodo. Although I wanted more chicken with sauces.
Personally, my opinion is that by removing sauces for purchase piece by piece or by promotion, you (KFC) do it yourself so that customers go to competitors or other establishments.

I love KFC and their products. One problem: you'll never guess what kind of meat and rolls will be this time. It happens that the rolls are dry, the meat is stony and as if salted. And sometimes, like my last visit to this restaurant. The meat, as from the advertisement, is soft and juicy. The rolls are also fresh. Special thanks to the promoter who gave us the coupon.
