If the management thinks that reducing cashiers and converting to electronic format will increase profits, then I think they are mistaken. The profit comes from returning regular customers, that is, from customer satisfaction with the service. Saving on maintenance will backfire on them, I'm thinking more and more about not going to the KFS.
There are no complaints directly to the staff of this department, everything is of good quality and fast.

We ordered the delivery of two burgers and a Basket with wings. It's something. There are either embers or mold on one of the buns, and hair in two wings! Hair, damn it! At first I thought it was my imagination, but they looked at it in more detail, and yes, indeed - two black hairs. It's terrible!

Napkins are given as if they are being torn from the heart, and the prices are simply space akin to Moscow, only in Russia for the same money they add pieces of bacon to rolls. I understand that they do not eat bacon here, but our salaries are not Moscow, respectively, it is necessary to review the pricing policy.

Terrible service! I ordered through Wolt, I live 10 minutes from this place, we drove for 54 minutes. Absolutely cold, tasteless potatoes and chicken arrived. The chicken is so overcooked that it turned black.The nuggets were not reported, the sauces were mixed up. The food arrived without a thermorukzak, it was just lying on the driver's front seat. I turned to support, after 15 minutes they demand photos of missing nuggets. Food 0/10, Delivery 0/10, Support Wolt 0/10.

I used to come here until recently. I won't set foot here anymore. The kitchen is really good - KFC, there is KFC, but the staff is something with something. They are rude, yelling, rude, discontented faces, as if they came to ask for a loan. It feels like I'm on a collective farm of some kind. The only spoonful of honey in this barrel of tar (yes, that's right and not the other way around) is the cashier girl who made my coffee. They mostly give orders via Volt and something else, and we, those who came and actually paid, are just totally ignored. When you ask if an order is ready, the faces change dramatically. The result is a spoiled mood and lost time, I waited for more than 20 minutes for one coffee. I don't recommend it to anyone.
