terrible service!!! we ordered a combo box master and a burger, waited 15 minutes, there is no order, 15 more are not ready yet, I was sitting with my younger sister, she was 3 years old, she wanted potatoes, they stretched the order for 40 minutes until I came up and stood over my soul, then thank you for deigning to collect and give out. People who arrived later than us came out with orders earlier than we did.

The most unfortunate point in the city of Astana. The employees are inanimate. There are 5 people standing in line at the checkout. And all 4 of them, together with the cashier, collect orders for couriers. And they chat, they don't hear the customers at all.
