I ordered seedlings from the farm "Garden" for my new garden. I chose several varieties of apple trees, pears and cherries - all arrived in excellent condition, with a strong root system. Hello, maybe my review will help someone save their money. I am a well-off person, I grow blueberries, blackberries and strawberries in my farm. Since this year, I decided to plant grapes on the berry, there is a demand. I placed orders for seedlings in various places, including the garden farm - order 15884 dated 08.01.2024. an order of 11 grape seedlings was received on 04/19/2024. when unpacking, it turned out that out of 11 - 5 seedlings were withered, 3 without buds and only 3 seedlings of sidlis with living buds. With the question of where to send their seedlings and the complaint was asked on their website-silent, called - take a picture and send a photo and we will send it to agronomists to determine the reasons. Further, I considered it a stupid idea to conduct correspondence, if they asked to send not seedlings but their photos to determine whether they are alive or not, then psychics work there, not specialists. And no one will return the money or replace the marriage. Negative feedback is not displayed on their website. They are being deleted. I do not recommend buying grape seedlings from them, it is better to buy from growers directly. And two stars for the ease of ordering and communicating with the girl manager. Addendum 05/11/2024 I sent a photo of your seedlings to you via Viber on 04/20/2024 with sections up to the root neck, the photo shows that the stem on the cut is not green as it should be, but gray dried up. So I'm not making anything up. And on 04/19/2024, immediately upon unpacking and detecting a defect, I asked on the website where to send the dried seedlings. So you're writing something wrong.

My mother is fond of crop production, she has a gorgeous vegetable garden. She likes to buy something new every year, as she says, to experiment. I make all the orders for her, so we also made a purchase in this nursery. The order was made in early spring for strawberries, roses and several fruit trees (pear and apple). All the plants came well packed. The trees are not broken, they are not dry, it is clear that the buds will start soon. Everything has taken root well. Mom is happy with the purchase, she is looking after the plants for autumn.

We ordered trees and honeysuckle from the farm garden three times. Twice in the spring. Every time the trees came with green buds and in places even with leaves, and the cherry plum was already in color. The honeysuckle had leaves that had already wilted.as a result, two varieties of honeysuckle disappeared.

Of the pros: really live seedlings, fast delivery (in the sense that from loading the goods to receiving them quickly, but they are not sent immediately after you placed an order)
Of the cons: 1) big problems with customer feedback (namely: they do not respond in principle in the chat on the site, but there are no problems getting through by phone; the status of the order is not tracked in the personal account, it is not indicated anywhere and you wonder if your order was sent at all or not; left a complaint about the product, wrote to e-mail the information indicated on the website should have been answered within 2 weeks, more has passed, there is still no answer; it is also not indicated on the website that there is no courier delivery in principle throughout Belarus, and as a result we paid for the delivery price, but we had to pick it up on our own at belpost anyway, pay less for delivery already you can't, it goes as cash on delivery)
2) what was the complaint about (I ordered two blueberry bushes for 2 years, one looks like two years, the second is not, you can see the photo below. In addition, 3 apple trees were ordered for 2 years, as a result, only one looks like a 2-year-old. I didn't write them a complaint about apple trees, because they probably don't respond to letters anyway)
What is the result? I planned to order more from them in the fall, but I won't. The reasons are above. Fortunately, I found better places with live seedlings with the same price for trees and lower for blueberries and honeysuckle, but the quality is better. On their website, all the ratings and reviews are only excellent, maybe they delete the negative ones, I don't know. If the company still wants to respond, then my order number is 11391

Last year we ordered seedlings of cherries, pears, apple trees and grapes from this nursery. The plants delivered the whole, alive and healthy, only a couple of cherries withered, but after planting they took root. This December we will order more grapes, it's too delicious to grow, but so far it's not enough). Good seedlings, I advise you!

I'm a big lazy person to write reviews, but I couldn't resist here :) Having an unpleasant experience of ordering plants with delivery (as a rule, "corpses" were always brought), after which it took a long time to prove the supplier's mistake, I no longer want to buy plants blindly. But what I was looking for, I found available only in the Orchard nursery. I took a chance, ordered and was pleasantly surprised: fast delivery, all plants are alive and in excellent condition, and a gooseberry bush as a gift :) But one seedling had a similar name to another and the wrong plant was sent by mistake. When I asked what to do in this situation, they reacted very quickly, despite the fact that it was a day off. They said they would bring it after the weekend. When I asked about the payment, I heard in response that there was no need to pay anything extra, that it was their mistake and they would bear all the costs. The magnolia was brought in excellent condition and again a bush as a gift :) Thank you so much for your responsibility, wonderful plants and respectful attitude towards customers. Now I will buy all the seedlings only from you! And I have already recommended you to many of my friends :)

I ordered seedlings on bekker for 2 years in a row in the fall, disgusting seedlings came to me, they did not deliver one seedling, they asked me to send a photo of the seedling that was not delivered to me morazm!! I have ordered seedlings from this nursery several times. Always in perfect condition, one hundred percent survival rate, even when planting in autumn. Those who write about short low-quality seedlings are either lying, or have no idea how to plant them at all. The seedling does not have to be a full-fledged tree. And after planting, it requires pruning and shortening at all. I would like to note that even the gift that is added to the order has never been of poor quality, although I expected that I would simply be "fused" with low-quality seedlings. My order was sent from Minsk on April 18:6 spdens and 6 pieces of blueberries. I received an order in Moscow on April 20. Everything came in perfect condition. The root system is packed well. With a lump of earth. The seedlings have healthy kidneys. I am very pleased with the quality of the seedlings. But if the box is large, I would advise you to lay paper so that you do not break the twigs during transportation. We have one broken. And so everything is cool. Thanks!

Reading the previous review, I am shocked by people. Do you want to be sent 1 year old 3 meter long?! These are plants!!! Their growth is influenced by a lot of factors. The plants are standard and alive, that's what's important! Walk around the market and see what horror they sell there and at what prices, and you don't even know what they will slip you there. And this is a nursery here there are no re-grades and you will get exactly the variety that you ordered. My whole garden was planted from this particular nursery and I have never encountered any problems. People - you're just picking on me!

I always pick up seedlings at the post office and there are no complaints. Everything takes root perfectly, in the spring I cut it off before sap flow. All haters and dissatisfied people sometimes do not understand that this is a living plant and each seedling is individual! They are not sharpened on a stone! The plant will grow even if you prune it to 2-3 buds.
I do not know the best nursery in the Republic of Belarus!

I ordered 6 pieces in autumn 2020. an apple tree and 1 pear were sent as a gift.
I have not seen such quality seedlings yet. Not only are the seedlings perfect, but this spring (2021) everything has blossomed. The winter was hard + icy conditions (deforestation) of seedlings. Everyone survived. In winter, the hare gnawed 2 seedlings so that the pegs remained. I decided not to dig it out (I didn't want to mess around)..and in the spring, these seedlings also bloomed.
I RECOMMEND IT!!!
P.s. there is a feeling that there will be a harvest...

We bought their seedlings several times. The first time was 8 years ago in the store. On the tag on the seedling, they read the name of the nursery and began to wonder what kind of nursery, because they liked the seedlings. Then we bought from them twice, when they began to deliver to some cities and to Minsk. Well, last year we bought through their online store. Seedlings are always healthy, beautiful, with ripened bark. Of the more than twenty seedlings, only one (cherry) did not start. All varieties correspond to what was ordered (unlike the nurseries in Samokhvalovichi). I highly recommend this particular nursery to everyone with their vast experience and a good assortment. I also recommend everyone to watch their videos with an overview of the varieties. Denis tells a very informative story, shows how to shape trees.....and he has cool hats and hats for any weather...
