Dirty. The window doesn't open. The shower is flowing. THEY said Breakfast is at 11 o'clock.

One of the advantages is the location in the city center, a spacious beautiful room, delicious hearty breakfasts, regular cleaning. Of the minuses - although the hotel was booked in advance, there was no place in it upon arrival, and I had to spend the night in another, worse one (fortunately, the representatives of the hotel warned about this). The heater in the shower worked poorly, several times I had to take an unplanned cold shower. There was an incident with a jammed door in the toilet.
