They ruined Gucci's black dress. She asked not to iron it-it was ironed and the fabric structure changed / deteriorated. The stick stains were not removed, but ironed over them.
The girl on the shift introduced herself as Smirnova, was rude to me, not being shy about the queue and did not give me a complaint book. I offered to pay 50% for the dry cleaning of the dress, to which they replied: "By law, you are required to pay 100%"
However, the poor guy does not know about the consumer's laws to issue a complaint book at the first request..
Bottom line: a very primitive dry cleaning service from Soviet times, I do not recommend it, the more expensive and high-quality things are given away at your own risk.
The payment was 100%
The dress is a pity.
