Very tasty cuisine. The establishment is quite small. The owner is Georgian, he sometimes serves himself, together with one waiter. We took classic khinkali, Georgian salad with nuts, kharcho and wine. My husband was delighted with the soup. I have a remark about hinkals: less salt, less coriander (it interrupts the taste of meat), more fragrant spices (not spicy, spicy), more broth inside. The size surprised me - these are the largest khinkali that I have seen in Minsk, there are a lot of fillings. The salad portion is also large, and there is a lot of cilantro. In general, we will definitely come and try the rest of the dishes.

The kitchen is good. We ordered khinkali with cheese and khachapuri in Adjarian style, it tasted almost like in Georgia, khachapuri was cooked for 30 minutes

We went in for lunch on the weekend. None of the visitors were there except us. The hall is small. When we entered, an employee was cleaning the room, he is also a waiter. He turned out to be quite friendly.
We ordered classic khinkali with meat, khinkali with cheese, Adjarian khachapuri, kharcho, a portion of baklava and tea. Everything was available.
It was cooked quickly enough. The soup was hot, with a couple of pieces of meat. Spicy, but it seemed to us that there was not enough salt and we got a small bone when eating. It tastes fine. Khinkali is a large size. There is a lot of filling in both types. In those with meat, there is enough broth inside. The minced meat is good. It's delicious, but the dough would be thinner. Inside the khinkali with cheese and in khachapuri, cheese is like cottage cheese, there is a lot of filling. It seemed to me quite good, but the family is not very fond of suluguni. Baklava is medium, with a hint of some kind of spice. Tea is normal.
In general, it feels like you are in an inexpensive cafe in Georgia. Only here the situation is already tired, the room is quite cool, the restroom is unpleasant: a dirty toilet, the sink does not drain water well.
You can get a discount with a food hunter card, but you are asked to pay either in cash or by transfer to a card. According to the totality of all factors, the assessment is average. We came here specifically because of the good reviews and PR bloggers. The second time, and for those who are just going to come specifically for the first time, I do not recommend it. If only passing by.

"Delicious as in Georgia" is unfortunately a thing of the past. When the restaurant opened, there were the most delicious khachapuri, soups, khinkali… Having recently visited Khinkali Ko, we were unpleasantly surprised: khachapuri with a minimum amount of cheese, eggplant rolls (which are very tasty) were made in a hurry, bitter, kebab (if you can call it that) looks more like the remains of minced meat from khinkali and tastes more like table schnitzel. I don't know what the owner of the establishment is focusing on, but definitely not on the quality and traditional Georgian cuisine.

Khinkali is gorgeous. Soups or I was unlucky and the cook had the wrong day, but chikhirtma and kharcho were average. If my first impression was: wow, now for soups ---well, soup. They've gone bad.
Satsebeli sauce is tomato paste with spices. Although it would seem: buy tomato, cilantro, pepper, coriander and make it like in sacartvello, but no.
Homemade wine is served semi - sweet . Khachapuri in Adjarian - 7 out of 10.
Atmosphere with musicians 20 out of 10. And Rezo! Take the reviews into service. Take the criticism . Fix it. I can cook Satsebeli myself to order, they taught me in Batumi. 🤪
Musicians have a separate respect, just a delight to the eyes and ears. Magical voices.

All the khinkali in a meager box stuck together, both with each other and with foil, no one thought to lubricate it there...
But they thought of putting the yolk on khachapuri right away, and of course the yellow one did not stay on khachapuri and it was smeared all over the box...
None of the honkals could be peeled off with the preservation of juice. There is no trust in the dishes, everything went to the trash -200byn, - mood, + be unobtrusive to such mountain establishments, learn at least to put the yolk in a container for sauce, or even make a couple of orders from competitors to learn how to serve dishes with delivery...

Yesterday we were with my sister in this amazing institution! I liked absolutely everything, but, in particular, chkmeruli! I have never eaten such a delicious chicken in my life! The dish is fantastic, Georgian with a bit of the best dishes served in cafes and restaurants of French Provence and Italian Piedmont and Liguria! The portions were large, but everything was eaten at one time, to the smallest crumb, to a single piece! I, a fan of Italian cuisine, was impressed by absolutely everything! Delicious Georgian dishes are just a fraction! The atmosphere itself, the music and even the little red-haired Niko, everything reminds of bright and sunny Georgia! We will now periodically order dishes there and sometimes come to enjoy the atmosphere again! The only disadvantages: there was no khachapuri and churchkhela, as well as a shaky, wobbly hanger, I was afraid to dump other people's coats and triggers on the floor, but this did not affect the overall impression! In other establishments for such prices you will only taste the dishes and go hungry, here you will be fed to the brim! Bravo to the owner of the establishment! This is his merit! Чудесное заведение грузинской кухни. Хинкали настоящие грузинские, из нежнейшего теста, такого, что хочется съесть даже хвостик, + превосходные начинки, сыр мой фаворит, хотя и мясные тоже очень вкусные. Замечательные хачапури, хорошо пропечённые, мягкие, не пересоленные. Обалденная солянка! При этом все блюда очень сытные и большие по объёму, можно даже брать одну порцию на двоих, если не сильно голодны. Также замечательное домашнее вино.
Обслуживание тоже оставляет приятное впечатление, всё подаётся быстро, без задержек. Атмосфера тоже хороша.
Кроме того, ценник вполне демократический, где-то цены средние, где-то даже чуть ниже.
Ходила уже несколько раз и обязательно загляну ещё. Рекомендую

Хорошее заведение, не очень большое, но это наверное и хорошо. По грузински приветливый хозяин. Очень вкусные и сочные хинкали, намного лучше чем в хинкальной. Хачапури вкусный, но сыра маловато (это проблема большинства грузинских ресторанов Беларуси, но там ещё и не всегда вкусно). Салат по грузински с добавлением грецкого ореха, был хорош, а в сезон думаю будет вообще топ. Домашнее вино отличное.
Остальные блюда попробую в следующий раз.
Советую обязательно посетить!

The owner said that it was normal and in general their friends came. So if you are not a friend of the owner and did not order something in advance, then do not hope.
The setting is Spartan. Centimeter-long cartilage was found in khinkali with meat.
Fortunately, there are other Georgian restaurants in Minsk.

Уютное не большое кафе с душой. Вкусные хинкали. Понравилось домашнее красное вино, очень приятное по вкусу...
Есть столики на улице, в самом кафе работает кондиционер, комфортно в жару.
Разнообразное меню, национальные блюда, ну и как же без шашлыка)

Отличное место, долго не могли до него добраться, были в различных грузинских "харчевнях" столицы и ни чего не вызывало восторга, НО добрались мы до "Хинкали-ко" и это ВОСТОРГ: хинкали 5 шт=500г.!!! Хачапури хороша, домашнее вино - действительно как домашнее, очень уютно...
Добавлю лишь для администрации: надо бы добавить описание к названию грузинских блюд и хорошо бы "чек" во что-нибудь положить, а не на стол (например в национальный горшочек)
А в общем: всё СУПЕР!!! Я ваш фанат, спасибо!!!

Очень вкусный хачапури по аджарски. хинкали со свининой и говядиной с кинщой - прекрасен, яркий вкус кинзы, хорошее мясо. Вполне соответствует цене. Буду приходить чаще, жалею, что раньше не заходила.

Интерьер слабенький, помещение небольшое. По еде у меня вопросв не было, хинкали вкусные, хачапури тоже отличные, прямо вспомнилась поездка в Грузию. Оплата картой была недоступна, но несколько раз извинились за неудобства. Вполне себе место для заскочить покушать.

Отличная грузинская кухня по довольно низким для Минска ценам. Большие порции, что удивительно для Минска. Вкуснейший харчо и оджахури. В кафе звучит только грузинская музыка, что создает приятную национальную атмосферу.

Очень захотел харчо:) и не смотря на то что был легкий негативный опыт (жидкий харчо, холодное мясо в нем, оправдались отсутствием крупы нужного качества) зашёл вечером.
Выше всяких похвал!!!
Харчо приготовлен исключительно хорошо, мясо нежное и тает во рту:) в общем все просто супер, получил гастрономическое удовольствие!
Хорошее местоположение, приятная музыка, обязательно приду ещё раз на другие блюда!
