We decided to visit this institution: we had not been there before. The interior is not bad. The waiter was polite. The food arrived earlier than promised. Tbilisi salad and kharcho soup are excellent. But...
1. Forgot about the fruit drink;
2. Sour cream was carried for 15 minutes and then after the reminder;
3. One of the khinkali from my order was not brought immediately. They say they are being redone. By the end of the evening, it had not been delivered. And I reminded the waiter. But the bill was carefully included;
4. And the cherry on the cake: my wife the same evening, and I the next day with food poisoning. The children were lucky not to be hooked. The only thing they didn't try from the order was khinkali with mutton.
Don't set foot here anymore! And I advise you.

Khinkali is too dense, there are not so many fillings. The sauce was carried longer than the khinkali. And then, after we asked him again.
Customer orientation is zero, one thing is ordered, the order is repeated correctly - something completely different is brought. When asked why the wrong order was brought, an indignant exclamation with rolling eyes: "Well, I told you again!"
There are zero apologies, as well as the desire to come to this institution

We came in yesterday on 07/13.24 to escape from the heat and to drink something cold. We looked at the menu and decided to eat. Drinks were brought very quickly, immediately soup and salad, literally 20 minutes hot. How delicious is the food in this Georgian cafe! Especially khachapuri in Adjarian. We took lula kebab, shish kebab, salad with baked eggplant, phali - everything is very, very tasty. Tourists from Norway ate everything😄

As a regular visitor of the institution, I want to say that the Khinkalnya has recently deteriorated very much. This applies to both the quality of food and the quality of service. You come to khinkali with friends in the evening, sit down at a table, sit for 10-15 minutes until the waiter comes, make an order, and then it turns out that there are no main dishes - KHINKALI! It happened once. We thought- well, it happens and decided to come next time. After a while, this story was repeated again. As a result, since the summer we have come to Khinkalnya about five times and there are no KHINKALS three of them. The waiters do not tell the entrance to the establishment that there is no main course, in the hope that we, a large company, will find something to order. Where does the administrator or the management company look? Now it's not easy with customer visits, and you get rid of them yourself. Well, it's not for me to teach you, you know what you're doing. And we ended up going to another nice place and didn't regret it for a minute. So the kids from Khinkalni, cheat further. You are deceiving yourself.

We were asked to move to another table, although our table was free and not booked, relying on the fact that the table was for a large company (6 people), there were four of us.We insisted on staying there, but we were not very politely asked to choose another place.Nevertheless, we decided to move and eat, the waiting time at the occupancy rate of the halls was 30%, the waiting time for meat was from 1 hour, khachapuri and the like from 40 minutes.
We are very disappointed with this institution, we don't set foot there anymore!

Everything is still delicious.
But the service let us down: first we accepted an order from the lunch menu on Saturday (we specifically clarified whether it was valid or not before ordering), they messed up with the order itself godlessly. Part of the order was never delivered. We punched the fish that we wanted from the lunch menu, as from the main one, and then it was "impossible" to cancel. But at a price it was 2.5 times more expensive..
On the first visit, we were served by a young man and we were just delighted with the institution and even the children asked to come here.

This institution can be described in one word - "Waiting". And now to the point.
We decided to have dinner on a weekday in the city of M. Walking along a pedestrian street, we decided to look into the Khinkalnya.
The waiting process for the order was about 15-20 minutes, with the hall not filled. But that's half the trouble. Then there was the process of waiting for the dishes themselves. The service is not based on the principle of cold appetizer, soup, hot ... but as anyone from the staff wanted.
Conclusion: Georgian cuisine is undoubtedly delicious and diverse, but the waiting process and the service itself in this institution leaves much to be desired. The feeling that we are not welcome here and they do not need a reward for a well-received guest.

I have not been to Georgia, but knowledgeable people in the company said that it does not look like Georgian food at all, there are very few spices, it is rather bland. The service is delayed, some kind of lost waiter boy, even when all the tables are empty, I can't say that the level of service has increased. By the way, they say that the wait for food there is always very long, regardless of the holiday, and on Friday / Saturday it is generally a lost cause.

When they asked for the bill, the same waiter Rodion grinned at the guests in the face, mentioning that Apple Pay does not work, to which he was quite logically answered "we don't have Apple Pay", and the waiter still GRINNING asked "what do you have?". How tactful is that at all? In general, the entire staff discussed the size of the tips that were left for them for the whole hall. There was only an unpleasant impression of the place.
Arrived at 20:30 - dishes 50 minutes. There is little pleasure in such a long serve. Plus, again, an open kitchen - you hear everything.
P.s. Pomegranate wine is delicious - the rest is not worth attention. Ordinary Georgian cuisine.

Disgusting administration! For several days, numerous attempts to get through failed. I don't take calls into account when the line is busy. They don't pick up the phone, they don't call back. I came personally to the institution, the whole hall is empty, while there is a reservation on all tables. It's a very strange situation. The administrator did not offer any solutions. At the same time, it also looks vulgar. The kitchen is excellent, it remains to arrange administrative issues.

Besides us, there were 3 people sitting at the next table at the summer party. The waiter took their order and disappeared. They didn't even offer a menu. Well, okay. I went inside to ask for the menu. Inside, more than half of the tables are empty, but not a single waiter even noticed that a guest came in and did not ask anything. I turned to the administrator via the menu. It seems that the issue has been resolved. The waitress silently brought the menu and quickly ran away without even asking about the drinks. At that time, the next table was served properly. We waited for our waitress for 20-25 minutes...no one remembered about us with a half-empty hall and an empty flight deck. I had to get up and just go to another place. Still, I wanted to eat and a little attention from the staff to the guests. With such a service, you don't want to come here anymore.
