We were greeted warmly, the table was prepared. They brought a vase for flowers right there) We were served by a waiter girl, very friendly, they brought us extra chairs, dishes, etc. The children were given coloring books with pencils. The food was very tasty! I remember your pickles, pies, khinkali, chacha men)) The homemade wine turned out to be not sour, but very pleasant, for the meat itself! The main connoisseur (Georgian) was with us))) I was also very satisfied with the food and drink.

We visited here with a friend, we love khinkali very much, and Georgian, and we tried it in the restaurants of this chain, but we don't set foot in this place anymore! Homemade wine, of course, is delicious, but khinkali😖
Firstly, it was served after an hour of waiting, despite the fact that there were only two tables besides ours.
Secondly, they were undercooked, with beef they were so peppery that I shed tears, and with pork they were terribly salted (
And finally, the most serious problem: the next morning we both had severe cramps in the intestinal area, I even wanted to call a doctor at some point🥵
I repeat, we visited other restaurants of this chain, ate real Georgian Khinkali, this has never happened!

I was pleased with the reproductions of Pirosmani's paintings and songs in Georgian (even "Hotel California"). The rest of the design is banal. The waiters could be a little more friendly. There are no complaints about the kitchen. This section of the street itself deserves a visit because of the graffiti on the walls, many cafes and bars.

Khinkali with mushrooms and pork are not tasty, but spicy with beef. White wine is generally like cheap Arta Vinia, and chacha is not chacha, it looks more like a semi-sweet tincture. The dishes are not served at the time, the receptionist, a tall girl, was very unfriendly. Compared to Titan, I didn't like it here.

The waitress behaved incompetently! Foaming at the mouth, she proved that this was how it should be! I filmed everything on my personal phone! She slandered that we are freeloaders and just came to eat for free! As a result, they persuaded me to call the cook. The cook supported the waitress and just went into the kitchen without explaining anything!
If you value your health and nerves, do not enter this institution in any case!

In the beginning everything was fine, by the middle of the evening the waiters did not clean up the dirty dishes, they constantly approached with unfounded claims, they took 5p for a broken glass. When in their network on Kirov they do not charge customers for broken dishes. On December 23, 2022, Kirov was on their own network, the treatment and courtesy from the waiters were 100%. It's a completely different level. So if you choose which one to go to, we recommend Kirov - you will not lose!

If you are ready to wait a long time for khinkali and are not upset that the menu options are "over", then you can drop by. If you like good service, then you are strictly not here.
