We were with my husband on 12/14/2024, we were served by the waiter Alexey. We REALLY liked the food, everything was very tasty, the waiter was very attentive and pleasant! We celebrated my husband's birthday and asked the waiter if there was a discount for the birthday boy, after hearing a negative answer we were a little upset, but when Alexey brought a piece of cake with a lit candle, our mood improved! Thanks for such little surprises) everything is great, I liked everything) we will go again!

We went to dinner on the weekend. There were quite a lot of people in the hall. I would like to note the friendly staff, unlike many other branches. But the speed and quality of work were not always pleasing.
There was no khinkali with cheese or cocoa from the children's menu. This looks especially amazing against the background of a hypermarket in the same shopping center, where all the ingredients can be purchased.
We had to order khachapuri from the children's menu, khinkali with pork, khinkali with beef for ourselves. Drinks include dogwood compote and cranberry juice.
Khachapuri was brought first. There are no questions for him, it's delicious. Some khinkali turned out to have fragments of cartilage/bones in
minced meat. But the minced meat and dough itself are delicious. Dogwood compote is excellent. The sea is warm and watery.
Once again, I vow not to go to this network, but the child periodically pulls. The establishments are different, the problems are the same: the quality of service, the lack of dishes, which you learn about after you have chosen and placed an order, and not when the menu was brought.

But unfortunately, we bothered to be here on Sunday, which was supposed to make it easier to work as a waiter and not fully board in the hall (far from complete), but surprisingly, even with such factors, he did not bother to approach us in 40 minutes, and when our nerves were at their limit and we ourselves approached the counter with a request. to be served. They said that of course they would approach us now, but during another 10-15 minutes of ignoring us as visitors, they decided to leave this "institution". To our surprise, when we expressed our opinion at the exit and that we could not be served, we were given a look full of misunderstanding and dislike. After that, the last nerves were completely killed, and when after that I went to ask for a book of complaints, the "administrator", if you can call him that, silently threw me a folder, and then silently took it away, did not bother to at least apologize in order to at least minimally remove the discomfort presented by these incompetent people. I would put 0 for arrogance, but unfortunately only a few, which they did not even deserve.
