Today we visited the Khinkali restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere in the establishment is very cozy and friendly, which immediately creates a good mood. There has been an opinion among many of my friends for a long time - you don't know which restaurant to go to, go to the Khinkalnya.
It is always delicious and not very expensive here.
This restaurant chain has a very large seating area (on 2 floors).
We couldn't listen to live music because we were on Monday (the only day off for musicians).
The service left a two-fold impression: at first there was a guy, but he was not very attentive (he brought us a double portion of what we ordered) and did not know the menu assortment thoroughly (he passed off pomegranate wine as Georgian).
Then the girls began to bring us dishes, they were more cheerful and sociable (although they also brought ice buckets on the 2nd attempt).
We will definitely come back to listen to national music and taste new dishes 😊

I've been to various restaurants of this chain and it wasn't bad everywhere, but it was here that I didn't like everything, both the waiter service and the food itself. The waiters are unfriendly, they talk quietly and when you find out something from them, they cannot give a specific answer, they communicate in such a way that it feels like they are doing you a favor. On the bill of food, I ordered khinkali, khachapuri and creamy soup with khinkali. Khinkali was bland, the meat was like sand and tasteless. The soup was kind of not bad, but the khinkali in it was almost meat-free, it seemed to me that I was eating clean dough. The only thing that was normal was khachapuri.

In other restaurants of this chain, which had a large menu like a book, there was a picture for all positions and the menu itself looked presentable. There is also a small piece of paper that unfolds and there are three pictures on the entire menu.
In my opinion, the food is not delicious, the service sucks. I wouldn't come back here!

On 03/15/2025, we celebrated my wife's birthday with the company. I have never encountered such disregard from the staff anywhere else. The table was booked in advance. When we arrived, they didn't pay any attention to us from the very beginning. I had to get the staff to find out which table was ours. After we landed, we waited a very long time for the employee to announce the order, so we had to call. We made an order of several dishes. They quickly brought only 1 dish, and then they didn't bring anything at all. We waited a long time. In the end, I decided to find out when the rest would be brought, and everything that was brought to us after the appeal was already summer in temperature, i.e. we were simply ignored. It was very uncomfortable in front of our guests. We were served by 3 officials, 2 of whom were as detached as possible, not interested in high-quality service. We go to the institution periodically, but I probably won't risk going there with the company anymore. There weren't many people, it was the middle of the day.

The big plus of Khinkalni is the very tasty dishes and the presence of a children's playroom (for our family with children, the most important thing) were 02/14/2024 I liked the compliment in the form of a heart (cookies) and khachapuri!!! Serving and cooking at a height, the waiter girl was friendly and served quickly, but there was not much sediment left in this institution there is a 20% discount from 12:00 to 15:00 and a 50% discount from 15:00 to 17:00 on Khinkali (1 +1 promotion). After paying the check, it was noticed that the 20% discount was taken into account, but the 50% discount was not taken into account. Having informed the waitress about this (the answer was given that, like, we can't use the second action). Before the visit, we called and clarified which promotions we can count on that day, the answer was that if the order was placed within the time frame of these two promotions, then both!

We go to this institution as a family, not to say that often, but once a month we definitely go to celebrate some kind of family holiday or date. Everything has always been fine with us, until yesterday's visit. The Khinkali was waited for about an hour, and the shish kebab with potatoes was even more. They brought a barbecue, one of the three portions is fresh, the rest are solid, it feels like yesterday's ones are just warmed up. Potatoes are hard, undercooked. We ordered 150g each. Cognac is 6 years old, today I can't lift my head from the pillow. It is not clear what happened to the establishment, but either there is no longer a hunt.
