The Khinkalnya restaurant was a pleasant discovery for us! There is a cozy atmosphere here, in which you can feel the hospitality and love of traditional cuisine.
, What you liked:
✔ Khinkali is just a bomb! The dough is thin but firm, the filling is juicy and the broth is perfect inside. We tried several types – everything is excellent.
Shish kebab – the meat is tender, with smoke, obviously cooked with soul. The portions are generous.
✔ Adjika and sauces – fire! Spicy, fragrant, perfectly complement the dishes.
✔ The service is fast, the waiters are polite, they suggested a choice.
The atmosphere is a pleasant interior with national elements, clean and comfortable.
The prices are adequate for such quality. We came out well-fed and satisfied!
We will definitely come back with friends. Khinkalnya is a great place for those who appreciate delicious Caucasian cuisine without pathos. We recommend it!

Today we visited the Khinkali restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere in the establishment is very cozy and friendly, which immediately creates a good mood. We ordered several types of khinkali, and each portion was prepared with love. The dough was thin and tender, and the filling was juicy and fragrant. According to our family, this Khinkalnya is the best in the city. They always take orders quickly, the food is delicious, there are fried khinkali and a children's menu. You can follow the khinkali cooking process. The only thing that's not clear is what's with the coffee, it's on the menu, but for some reason they always say it's not there.
The restaurant has two floors, there is a children's area. The bathroom is always clean. There is a photo zone.

There has been an opinion among many of my friends for a long time - you don't know which restaurant to go to, go to the Khinkalnya.
It is always delicious and not very expensive here.
This restaurant chain has a very large seating area (on 2 floors).
We couldn't listen to live music because we were on Monday (the only day off for musicians).
The service left a two-fold impression: at first there was a guy, but he was not very attentive (he brought us a double portion of what we ordered) and did not know the menu assortment thoroughly (he passed off pomegranate wine as Georgian).
Then the girls began to bring us dishes, they were more cheerful and sociable (although they also brought ice buckets on the 2nd attempt).
We will definitely come back to listen to national music and taste new dishes 😊

If the landing is incomplete:
- You almost have to go after the waiters yourself
- Today we were served a glass that smelled like a dirty rag.
- We forgot that we ordered dessert. No one came up to us for an hour, considering that we were sitting at an empty table.
After it turned out that the dessert had been forgotten, the waiters tried twice to bring another dessert.
They didn't offer a compliment, they didn't even apologize verbally. And they offered to take the other dessert with them, paying for it;))

I read the reviews and chose this institution to celebrate my son's birthday. We ordered salads, grilled vegetables, khinkali, hot dishes, and dessert. The salad is not bad, but the meat is so rough that it's hard to find, the grilled vegetables are good, the khinkali came across with a lot of pepper inside it feels like someone forgot to stir the minced meat, the schoolboy's son ate a piece of shish kebab, then some smart guy thought of sprinkling it with dill and abundantly, the first time I see such manipulations with shish kebab, hot the sauces are too salty, the dessert is good, the khachapuri is delicious, the wine is only Georgian, the vodka is only chacha or syabre. It was impossible to talk, loud Georgian pop songs with poor acoustics, three women were sitting next to each other at a table, and one was shouting at the whole room which store had the largest chicken eggs. The interior is shabby, the furniture is also not a restaurant, but a diner, the waiters have zero understanding of the sequence of serving dishes, but they cook quickly, dirty dishes are removed from the table only if you tell them. It's a pity I wanted to find a good place for my family to visit, there used to be a good restaurant here, everything was on the level.

A couple sits at a vacant table for 8 people)))) We have plates, dishes, glasses, 6 reserved tables, and maybe more in our hands.....are free. drinks are spilling, all wet and dirty. At 19.57, 3 large tables are EMPTY......

On 03/15/2025, we celebrated my wife's birthday with the company. I have never encountered such disregard from the staff anywhere else. The table was booked in advance. When we arrived, they didn't pay any attention to us from the very beginning. I had to get the staff to find out which table was ours. After we landed, we waited a very long time for the employee to announce the order, so we had to call. We made an order of several dishes. They quickly brought only 1 dish, and then they didn't bring anything at all. We waited a long time. In the end, I decided to find out when the rest would be brought, and everything that was brought to us after the appeal was already summer in temperature, i.e. we were simply ignored. It was very uncomfortable in front of our guests. We were served by 3 officials, 2 of whom were as detached as possible, not interested in high-quality service. We go to the institution periodically, but I probably won't risk going there with the company anymore. There weren't many people, it was the middle of the day.

I should note that we had a 4-year-old child with us. After the payment, I was forced to go to the cashier and demand the change. That is, after all, they also count on tips. I've worked in restaurants in different countries myself. I understand well how such errors occur. But I also know very well how easily they can be solved. I have defended Belarus many times in conversations with foreigners, but now I see that many were right about the culture of service.

On the 29th, I visited this institution and was left in shock. Initially, there was an incident with wine. The menu includes 1 serving—150ml. 130 was brought, referring to the fact that the glass is larger in volume than the previous one. Yes, more. But when I asked to bring a measuring cup and check, 150 wasn't there. If it's not critical, then an unpleasant light residue remains. There was also an order of hot dishes—turkey steak. Most likely, it was initially caught in the backyard, once it was cooked for 40 minutes with minimal seating in a couple of tables. When it arrived, there were a lot of questions. Terribly dry. Next, the administrator was asked to approach, which was amicably ignored and decided to approach a little later while continuing to do their own business. Complaints were voiced, the administrator offered to take the dish to the sous chef. It was quite acceptable for her and no problems were found. The receptionist offered to talk to the sous chef himself, but the conversation was less pleasant after that. I have never seen such rudeness before, when an employee stood and vehemently argued that this is normal and everything is properly prepared according to the technological map. I note that the turkey should be juicy at the exit. 100 excuses why it's not juicy and I quote verbatim: "it's your problem that it's not juicy for you." Rude tone, she tried to make me feel guilty, but everything is great in the kitchen. Big questions about the competence of the Chef and Sous chef. The administrator tried in every possible way to avoid writing a complaint in the comments book (which I perfectly understand and do not blame), they offered dessert and a glass of wine at the expense of the establishment. The dessert was just as disgusting (the dough was raw), and the wine was delicious.
They cheat the guests whenever they want. Yes, I recommend it for thrills, you definitely go there.

The big plus of Khinkalni is the very tasty dishes and the presence of a children's playroom (for our family with children, the most important thing) were 02/14/2024 I liked the compliment in the form of a heart (cookies) and khachapuri!!! Serving and cooking at a height, the waiter girl was friendly and served quickly, but there was not much sediment left in this institution there is a 20% discount from 12:00 to 15:00 and a 50% discount from 15:00 to 17:00 on Khinkali (1 +1 promotion). After paying the check, it was noticed that the 20% discount was taken into account, but the 50% discount was not taken into account. Having informed the waitress about this (the answer was given that, like, we can't use the second action). Before the visit, we called and clarified which promotions we can count on that day, the answer was that if the order was placed within the time frame of these two promotions, then both!
