Of the ordered dishes, I liked khinkali with coriander, but there was no broth in them. The mushrooms are good, and so is the suluguni cheese.
Khinkali is very spicy, sea buckthorn compote disappointed, homemade wine too.
I noticed that the two tables next to us also don't keep their dishes.
Beautiful, cozy, expensive. The waiters work well, but there is no desire to return here

The place was booked a week before arrival, as after reading the reviews, we realized that you can only get to the cafe by booking it in advance. The cafe occupies two floors. According to the design of the hall, you can understand that this is a Georgian cafe by several pictures and only musical accompaniment. (Georgian music is playing). We waited a long time for the waiter to place an order. Alcohol, I'll warn you right away, sooooo expensive. We tried khinkali (keep in mind that almost all of them are spicy), the dough is thin, delicious, there is a lot of broth in the khinkali themselves. The size is very small. (If we compare the Khinkalnaya in Zhukovsky, then you can eat 3 pieces, here, in addition to the other dishes, 5 pieces have taken root perfectly)))). But very tasty. Also quite tasty fried suluguni. An unusual dolma, but also quite sharp, although I really like and respect the sharp. It was also not very clear how the dishes were served: all the dishes were brought when ready, as a result, they ate half of the dishes cold. One person from our company generally sat for more than 40 minutes waiting for his order, when we were already served all the dishes we ordered. In general, for a one-time visit and a general concept of the format of this cafe in Minsk, I recommend.

(14.04) Disgusting service. Complete lack of staff at the workplace on Sunday evening! No one met, we sat for 5 minutes without a menu. As a result: we took it ourselves. We were sitting right next to the staff area. For a long time they carried the appliances for the dish (which is eaten with appliances). Lack of antiseptics or proper amount of wet wipes (considering that many items on the menu are eaten with their hands). They asked for a separate bill, brought a common one... plus they had to count themselves. I understand that the introduction of the number is "cheap and angry", but in this case, make a dining room format. Dismiss your unnecessary (in my opinion) staff. I am one of the loyal and understanding guests. But the complete absence of the staff on Sunday evening on a busy street is ... out of the ordinary.As for the landing: it was incomplete on the ground floor, so there was no explanation for this situation with the staff.

The place is interesting, the service is pleasant. Despite the fact that there were a lot of people, the order was prepared quickly. Khachapuri is great, the coffee is delicious, but I did not like the salad with pork and eggplant - there is no dressing, it is bland, but perhaps we did not get into the taste preferences. Next time I'll try khinkali or some of the hot dishes there.

I have no luck with the khinkals in Minsk. Here at the entrance they said - Khinkali will be in 40 minutes or later, okay, I thought and stayed. If you are not welcome from the doorstep, why insist? But everything seems to be beautiful here. Then the beloved Minsk cataclysm began: Morse, eggplant in 15 minutes, dolma in 20 minutes. As a result, after 40 minutes there was still no khinkali. The salad is about nothing, dolma is a rare squalor consisting of rice, red pepper and probably meat, but apart from pepper and hard grape leaves there was no other taste. It burned for another 30 minutes after, so there is one plus - disinfection without alcohol. A neighboring company loudly asked them to calculate, after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to approach them. Having been taught in Minsk that no one needs money, I managed to ask for a settlement at the time of the neighbors' treatment. I gave away 1000rubles and in vain. Therefore, we cross 5 meters across the road into the Eggplant and do not suffer, I just wanted khinkali. Alas, it didn't work out. The level of the establishment is a network canteen on the highway for vacationers. Truckers would have demolished it in a week. Feel free to pass by.

I don't understand what the rating is related to.
Khinkali is bland and mediocre, there is practically no broth, and in the version with cheese and mushrooms, it feels like they forgot to add spices at all.
Khachapuri in Adjarian is even more strange. Firstly, cheese cheese, suluguni is not in sight, respectively, the taste and salinity of the filling are completely absent, secondly, the dough... Flat, undercooked and absolutely tasteless.
I went solely because of the rating and was terribly disappointed... This is not Georgian cuisine at all (

We ordered a beef kebab in this institution , which was made on a grid and at the same time broken . For a restaurant , it 's off the scale . There is no sauce for this , you need to take it separately .
Kharcho - there is no density from the word at all , the pungent taste of adjika , sharpness at the level that not everyone can eat , heartburn is provided .
Khinkali from beef, the meat is not cooked , to which the waiter told us that this is such a batch of beef , which is hard to believe , the portion was removed and deleted from the cost.

Went with a friend 3 days ago, I really liked it! Initially, we were walking by, but the smell of khachapuri changed our plans, it smelled so delicious. Khachapuri in Adjarian was very tasty and satisfying, pink salmon on the grill leaves a pleasant aftertaste, although there were too many bones. A friend took a novelty to try, cheese soup with white wine and mini hinkals. He was wonderful! There was a slight aftertaste of wine. And the prices are affordable. And I have never drunk such a delicious morse anywhere else.
